Wow, so many places look so random in terms of surviving... getting past both pinkies sections, killing the PEs... I guess that the spiders room can go wrong too. Well done !

The hell knights in the second room refusing to die to the barrels, the lost souls blocking the way, the army of pinkies, the mastermind refusing to die to infighting... The list is long and not even complete ^^ I think the worst are the pinkies, almost all runs end by trying to get past them and the only strategy I found is to pray lol. Thank you megasphere :)

One of the many reasons Doom 2 maps are some of thee worst in the series.... none of these maps made sense to doom2s theme/story

Maps 21-30 were supposed to be hell, but maps 21-24, 26, 27, and dare I say 30, do not look in any way like a hell

i never hated any of doom 2’s maps. Also people refuse to understand back in ‘93 and ‘94 people didn’t have fancy 3d modes or textured views or anything, if you wanted to look at a level in 3d you’d have to load it up in the real game, which was time consuming.

I never played doom II for the lore. Back in the day I played it I never tought it had a lore. 😂

comparing doom 1 and doom 2 to see which one is better, I'll say doom 2 because more new enemies and the super shotgun, interesting level design and way more challenging than the first game.
