The sgt's were very good. What I have a problem with sis when they say "well I haven't witnessed it so I can't comment". I wish they would stop saying that. They should just say "we will investigate and report." I mean how many incidents are they around to witness. Most of the incidents they arrive to already happened. They investigate and determine what is required to be done.

Hi A U, as per usual it is good to see the approach and any signs around the entrance, as well as giving us the context of the area. That planning application notice is an example of the slow development and rollout of a much more versatile communications network that the one they use at the moment, the current state of the available technology is such that most of them get on much better with their mobile phones, except of course for s'security' and privacy issues. As it happens the new stuff is already several years late and a year or so ago the company that supplies and maintains the old sold out to the developer of the new stuff!, it comes as no great surprise then to find the new stuff is not coming on stream any time soon!. The first muppet who speaks to you is pleasant enough but when you ask him to identify himself he lets out such a sigh of despair then just walks away!. A few minutes later the next one rocks up and makes a right nuisance of himself!, when you get rightly annoyed with him he does not like it!, more surprise, he too walks away!. Inside the office they do at least identify the man and the sergeant is a lot more sensible, because of that you tell him a lot more about what you are doing and why, more than he had any right to expect, certainly more than he would have got if he had not been so sensible. The woman who joins in to try to explain what the civilian staff were worried about but she also fails to identify herself fully and properly, the fact is that she should be explaining your legal rights to them and explaining that you meant them no harm. She then goes on to describe some of the adjacent property that might be interested in, in fact a really good and sensible encounter. Not for the first time they trot out the same rubbish about the private cars of the police and staff, as if they have any rights to privacy, the cars I mean!. Cheers, Richard.

@@budgetnuclearweapons7858 Signs that are not backed up by law (like no smoking signs) do not have any legal bearing. But they can be used as evidence and they can be used as a guide. So the guidance is that going past the sign means that it is not an area for people to wander about, mainly for H&S reasons - everywhere else is fine. Going past the sign means that you can be removed from it. Not necessarily with force from the start, but it can be eventually. The lack of any security means that its not a secure area so that cannot be used as a reason to go hands on.

Why is going around making a living (he must either be self employed or part of a company, owner or employee) annoying people any different - his job is to FILM the places he visits to see how they react to his prescence and actions. Its definately not journalism, its in his own word something "he does FOR A LIVING" so it is 100 percent commercial work. Commercial work, apart from a few exemptions is covered by GDPR. Nice audit, Kev. I think it's good for you to give what you get. Respect a good default, imo. As you've indicated, you're getting better. If everything's static, there's no way to see if there's better response to the community, etc. from police. So there's contrast of someone comes out tyrannical, etc. Good investment of time by the officers in outreach. Nice to hear them recognize it is lawful for you to film their cars giving you room to extend that courtesy. I'm not suggesting a change for all auditors. There's a role for more challenging audits. But they're not a good default, imo. Take it easy and thanks for the video. Makes for nice watch on rainy Saturday morning.

Sorry AY but that slathering to the three police was pretty cringeworthy. Of course you got a good response with that attitude. They have no right to tell you, that you shouldn’t film private cars. They are perfectly willing to use facial recognition, trailing, running your plate (see PTTP video discussing how they invaded his privacy without grounds and they had no acceptance it was violating his rights) to invade your privacy and retaliate. So I have major concerns about their demand for privacy. I notice how they are willing to comment on the behaviour of some auditors but not on police who are out of order!! That’s who they are. Thin blue line . This video has disappointed me. I don’t advocate aggressive rude auditing but nor do I like crawling and agreeing to refrain from legal activity which the police themselves indulge in!! Do you really believe they wouldn’t now look for your car and run it? 🙄
