The full version has a great instrumental breakdown after the guitar solo, so you should definitely check it out in 1988's 'A little man and a house and the whole world window' album. Cardiacs are a cult act with a fairly small, but obsessive following. If you enjoyed this, other relatively accessible tracks by them are 'Day is Gone', 'Bellyeye', 'Everything is Easy', 'Dirty Boy' , 'Arnald' and 'Nurses Whispering Verses'. A lot of their material is quite experimental, lots of time signature changes and unusual combinations of chords, but with a great sense of fun and melody.
