This song is about slavic women being natural and beautiful, they are not trying to say that they work hard all day ...by milking cows and washing up...they are trying to say that their beauty comes from their mothers and that they are proud of what body they have and they are not scared or embaressed to show people what they do. Although I can't understand the Polish part, I fancy the Polish lyrics seem to fit the tune / flow with the tune better and more naturally. The English lyrics, somehow, sound as though they don't quite fit the tune.

that jury voting thing was not a good idea. neighbours voting each other is shit too but this is just unfair. we got 1st place in many countries eg..the UK, Ireland, Norway etc and the judges put us on the LAST place. ok they may have not liked it but i don't think we deserved the last place from them. eurovision is crap. at least our song had something to do with our country. taht freak from Austria 'd have never won if it hadn't been for his beard. the west love deviants but they are scared of boobs.

Udupiło nas jury. W głosowaniu widzów byliśmy w Top 5 aż w 15 krajach. Gdyby wynik zależał tylko od widzów zajęlibyśmy 4 lub 5 miejsce. Czy to jest normalne, że w 2012 roku jury dało zająć 2 miejsce fałszującym Buranovslim Babushkom a udupiło dobrze śpiewającą Cleo? Ustawka goni ustawkę w tym konkursie! Powinniśmy dać sobie spokój z Eurowizją. Niemniej, gratuluję ekipie 14 miejsca :).

Tyle ze te glosy widzów to sa glosy od Polakow emigrantow lub majacych polskie korzenie na Litwie albo Bialorusi plus Ukraina za ostatni czas. W krajach gdzie nie ma mniejszosic polskiej wypadalismy slabiutko to widac bardoz wyraznie jest jeden czy dwa wyjatki potwierddzajace regułe na cwierc setki panst. Tbh 2014 was one of the best years

Poland is really beautiful and modern country! This song was done so intentionally. And in it there is nothing offensive or not appropriate, it is enough to have a little humor!

Po pierwsze to wiem, że odpowiadam na ten komentarz po kilku latach, ale co tam:) Co do meritum to najlepszy występ polskiej reprezentacji po Edycie Górniak (przynajmniej jeśli chodzi o zajęte miejsce i ilość zdobytych punktów) to było Ich Troje w 2003.

It's been awhile now since every year I've been watching the Eurovision Song Contest. Yes! A Brazilian who's a fan of world music. The thing is, I do miss those years where artists portrayed "Europe" per se, singing in their own languages, showing off their national beats and in some way teaching us something about their history and culture. Thanks to artists like T.A.T.U., Hari Mata Hari, Kuunkuiskaajat, Noa (Achinoam Nini), Mira Awad, Anastasia Prikhodko, and so many others, I felt drowned in so much cultural heritage. I even started learning Russian, Polish, Romanian, Finnish and Greek after them. They inspired me! There were even some artists who created an artificial language like Ishtar and Urban Trad, only because the message they were trying to transmit was that much subliminal and superb. I hope the contest find itself again and does not become an "English-vision". It was more exciting, inspiring and sincere. And it really showed off what Europe was all about (in varietate concordia - united in diversity) **Nothing against the English language at all, or against any language for that matter. I just think that "this" somewhat "small" detail is playing a significant role on a bigger picture. ;) ***CONGRATULATIONS DONATAN & CLEO!!! :)

Nah not realy weird! XD I like it, because it's funny and some other reasons, but exactly I was shocked how much body they show on stage! O.o But I hear the song today and a long time in the future! :D

It is and has been for a while. Have yet to understand the logic behind the winning or popular songs. This song is pure, professional, proud, speaks culture and history. It's classy too. But I guess garbage material gets to win...go figure 🤔
