Brother. Years ago I was in Plains GA at the Walmart supercenter selling hot boiled peanuts. President Jimmy Carter and Rose came there to shop. I was on one side my son and other partner was on the other side. My son came to my side told me President Carter inside store and secret service went in store. I didn't believe him. Well they cane out myside and a black SUV pulled up just ahead of me and they were loading up groceries. I said "Hi I got some of best bailed peanuts you would ever eat, make you kick your fingers" I smiled and he smiled then he told Mrs Rose to buy a bag. The secret service was standing there but they didn't bother me guess I looked harmless.

I honestly don't think it's the same guy in the 2 photos. Reason being if you look at both and compare, the ears aren't even remotely the same. Granted, they do look like the same guy aside from that or at least relatives of some sort. One is a younger picture. Time would not, however, change the shape and size of the ears drastically .
