Abortion laws are quite nessesary for over all health, then being freedom of choice which is in alignment with the American ideal. Like it or not, looking at the bigger picture is what makes things better. Taking away rights like this then becomes tyrannical . You don’t have to get an abortion as your legal right. A woman’s health is paramount to our overall survival

Abortion is not murder pure and simple. That's also not the issue that is important. If you don't want your wife or daughters to get an abortion, fine. No one will EVER come and knock on your door and force them to get an abortion against their will. IT'S THEIR CHOICE. If you seriously think that it's the government's right to tell half the population that they have no control over their body, you have serious problems with your concept of freedom. I don't care whether the states have that control or the federal government, it's none of their f***ing business. That's the important issue, and it's why nearly 70% of the country (yes the general population overall) agrees that it's not the government's right to tell a woman what she can or can't do. Choice means you can decide what happens with your own body. If you want to carry the baby to term, go right ahead. If you don't, for whatever reason, that's your personal choice. It has absolutely ZERO effect on anyone else. Don't even try to bring up any religious BS as justification for your point of view. It won't work on someone who has a functioning logical brain.

That's a good question. You see, since the census is a federal instrument, the law would have to be changed at a federal level. It would be very forward thinking of the government to want to count fetuses in order to budget for education, welfare, housing etc especially if they end up not being viable, and for that reason it’s not very practical. In fact, a statistical analysis does the job just as well, assuming the census is accurate and patterns of births and deaths are known. And, the census typically aims to capture demographic data on individuals who are born and living at the time of the census. The inclusion of fetuses in the census would raise various legal, ethical, and practical considerations, including the definition of personhood, privacy concerns, and the potential impact on political representation and resource allocation. I would think so, God created us didn't he? And the 6th commandment is as follows "Thou shall not kill." However God showed a lot of his wrath in the Old Testament. You can find some of these examples in the book of Genesis. Let's take "The Flood of Noah and Companions" for instance, God's decision to return the universe to its pre-creation state of watery chaos and remake it through the microcosm of Noah's ark. Does God take life, yes, but God has that right and power because he created us. It is an action that only he as our creator can execute. We as his creations are merely made in his image, but it DOES NOT give us the right to do as he does when it comes down to taking a life. Creating life is our job, as God once said "Go forward, be fruitful, and multiply." - Genesis 9:7 We are children of God, and abortion SHOULD NOT be an option for those who believe in his word. God has a plan for everything, it's not for us to interfere. If we interfere with Gods plan, that's asking for trouble.

Isaac, I understand your passion regarding this particular issue. I'm not for abortion either, however Donald Trump did as much as he could during his first term. You have to remember, there was a lot going on back then, including a pandemic . You go ahead and vote for whomever you feel is right to be president, nobody will judge you. But don't assume that just because someone is President Of The United States that they have a magical wand to make everything that you want come true. I suggest you give Trump another chance, what harm can it do? But hey, that's my take on it.
