I think people liked him because he was this ridiculous larger than life character. And a lot of people thought that’s what “Donald Trump” was, a character. They thought he would be more mellow as a politician. I think people started to dislike him because they went, “Oh shit, this is actually who he is.” His energy was awesome for TV, but not necessarily for president. Part of me is really sad that he got caught up in politics, because he would have been remembered much more fondly had he remained a reality tv star. 🙁

It’s funny that people keep talking about his debt because he got that debt from buying out hotels to foster little Mexican children in order to get them out of those cages. That’s why he shut so many down and why his net worth got cut in half. He’s literally going broke trying to help people while Biden and Pelosi get rich dealing with China. Yeah because Trumps policies don’t work. He brags about adding jobs? Look up what jobs those are, those are seasonal jobs, the full timers are losing theirs. He brags about the stock market? That was them doing stock buybacks, growing stocks artificially while keeping the real economy stagnant. He claims tax cuts will help Americans? Wrong, they made the rich richer and made 0 economic progress (because anyone with half a brain knows, the rich save most of their money, they don’t spend unless they have to).
