This is real old and clean Fingertechnik. I realized the middlefinger beeing on the chanter while playing High A, instead of the Ring Finger on. This is how it was taught in the old days. I had an Instructor at the College of Piping, Ian Sinclair, who played like this. Very well done.

@@erniescullion8452 He reminded me a ton of Paul McCartney too. Definitely the facial features + expressions. Mostly the eye shape / slant. And when he raises his eyebrows, my brain just goes "oh hi, McCartney, whatcha doin on the pipes". Lol

Old school clean and crisp playing with lovely hold and cut timing..not this rounded crap the young players do today.

What is the name of the speaker/amp that Mr. Blair is using? I know from below that it is Fender Newport but there appears to be dozens of them plus most currently use bluetooth and I believe it needs a 3.5 mm input.

Hi Gregory, the Fender also has a 3.5mm input so it's possible to bypass the Bluetooth.
