Supreme court is wasting India's taxpayer's money and time. Case has no head or tail, SC is taking two yrs to still hear....this can only happen in India.SC is behaving like a Nigerian SC. Question is what is it trying to hear????????????. Seems like CJI is looking for some favor from the government because its retirement is nearby....Its a Shame!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Indian courts(most of them) are COMEDY CENTRAL. Indian Judiciary is like Nigeria. Unnecessary discussions after discussions. Its an OPEN AND SHUT CASE....Supreme court and other courts are just wasting tax payers money and time on these cases of APP officials. It seems like judges are vacationing...keeping quiet and just listening for no reason.
