I LOVE Bobby McFerrin! It's driven me nuts my whole life how so many people misattribute this song. Anyone who's unfamiliar with him should absolutely look him up, he's called the One-Man Voicestra for good reason! His album Circlesongs was one I grew up listening to all the time, and I think it contributed a lot to my comfort with unusual rhythms and creative/tricky songs in general. Absolutely love your arrangements and production, and this one is as lovely as ever! Thanks for all your hard work!

@@BGerbs66 That's awesome! Glad you liked it! Yeah the whole thing just flows together beautifully IMO. I've left it on loop for hours sometimes, it's wonderful focus music (or at least it is when I'm doing a task where I can also be singing and grooving along with it since I know it too well haha)

I hope you enjoyed it. :) Yes, KZread's algorithm is sneaky. Many of my subscribers are no longer even notified of my releases, even with the little bell activated. This channel has close to 160,000 subscribers, but view count doesn't reflect it at all. I guess there's too much competition for content these days. That's why it's important folks interact (like / comment / share) with content they enjoy, just to avoid going under the radar altogether.

Indeed it was! I was living in San Francisco at the time, it was non-stop throughout 1988/1989, particularly during the presidential campaign.

@@JulienNeel We have Julien and the learning track created has been a great help to us and should be for other barbershoppers as well. "Bridge" has been a fan favorite for decades. Plus...it's from my era ;-)

Intresting as It seems like I can hear two chord tones in there and a bass line going yet the video implies a trio. Not sure how that works out, but this was quite solid.

I got a call today that I've been waiting on for months. It wasn't good news or technically bad. But then I called my sister and told her what was going on after hearing I could possibly face jail after the system failed me. She said she'd help me today so I can walk out of court tomorrow and this is was the only notification I had "Don't Worry Be Happy". It's going to be okay 😌😊
