The sifter is metal as well as the tins in which matchas come in a lot of times. If metal was so harmful to matcha why are these things used?

I actually store my matcha in the bag folded inside the tin container. When I'm almost done with the matcha, I pour the remaining powder into the container
why does everyone use a bamboo spoon and whisk to avoid contact with metal, and then use a metal sieve? you might as well just use a metal spoon then no?
dont scoop with stainles steel ❌ process to put it in a stainless sifter

yes I think some people use a plastic sifter but this didn't seem like it was good
The main reason *for Japanese or Chinese* is TRADITION
the only real reason why use it: because you sell it and want more moneys

there are easier ways to make money than selling small batch green tea! We do it because we are personally interested in tea :)
