Γεια σου Αδένα. Σου γράφω από την Ελλάδα ( Αθήνα ) και η αγαπημένη μου μαρμελάδα είναι, η Εγγλέζικη μαρμελάδα πορτοκάλι, που ψιλοκόβουμε και τις φλούδες του πορτοκαλιού και τις βάζουν στην μαρμελάδα. Πικρίζει, λίγο, αλλά εμένα μου αρέσει. Όπως μου αρέσουν τα πίκρα χόρτα τα άγρια, οι ελιές της Θάσου ( νησί μας ) πριν τις φιαχνουν με λάδι. Τις βάζουν πρώτα στο χοντρό αλάτι, και μετά τις πλένουν και τους βάζουν λάδι ( όπως σε όλες τις ελιές ).Εμένα μου αρέσουν στο στάδιο του αλατιού, που είναι αρκετά πικρές. Αυτά από εμένα, να είσαι καλά. Φούλη με λένε.

Elinize sağlık,dolu dolu bir portakal reçeli oldu eminim mis gibidir. Fakat en son kavanozları ters çevirme işini yapmayın derim. Hep yaptık yıllarca ,fakat malzemenin sıcaklığı ile kavanoz lastiğindeki kimyasal maddeler aktive olup gıdaya geçiyor maalesef ❤❤❤

Bonjour, je vous regarde d'Alsace un magnifique département Français. Cette recette est vraiment étonnante. Pour ma part je fais des écorses d'oranges et de citrons confites, pour mettre dans les gâteaux ou à manger simplement confites et c'est délicieux. Votre recette est vraiment originale et je vais l'essayer car cela doit être un vrai régal, ce l'est déjà pour les yeux, alors au goût miam miam.💖💖💖

Quelle est la sorte d’oranges? Ici à Québec, nous avons les Cara et les Navel. ❤le parfum de votre confiture vient jusqu’ici! Quand j’étais jeune, j’avais une boulangerie artisanale, fromagerie, yogourts, gateaux, tartes au sirop d’érable, légumes sucrés marinés(betteraves, cornichons, ketchup aux fruits, relish au maïs, aux cornichons sucrés, aux pêches). Je vendais aussi mes légumes et cerises de terre au marché. J’adorais la confiture de petites tomates jaunes et celle de cerises de terre avec une mandarine. Aujourd’hui, je ne marche plus depuis 15 ans, je suis en soins palliatifs chez ma fille, j’ai 68 ans. Je suis née en France et j’ai rencontré un beau Quebecois de 18 ans, d’origine allemande, blond blanc, immense, avec des yeux verts remplis de grains d’or! 🤩on a été mariés 30 ans, toujours en lune de miel. Je faisais les pains, croissants, gateaux et fromages la nuit et lui les vendait le jour.Tout le personnel de l’hôpital régional descendait chaque jour la côte à l’heure de la pause et vidait ma boutique en 15 minutes! 😊
