“Give it up” like we’re a badass band giving up the righteous soul or “give it up” like don’t quit your day job?
Wonderful live rendition of one of the best Dan songs. Oh hell…they are ALL the best songs. Cheers
great bassist
Best cover on KZread
Got to be the best beginning for all songs; I have ever heard.

Exceptional job on that guitar intro!
One of the Dan's most powerful numbers. Nailed it.
What an album. '76 I think it was. Played it all summer long.
Insanely Good! Super Tight
Great cover...great singer...I love that song very much...!!!
Jennifer looks like she's having enough fun for the entire bar! I've watched all the videos from this set a dozen times - absolutely fantastic!!
Agree with Peter Butler ... the crowd should have given that a standing ovation ... love there renditions ..
I'm back for more! You guys nail this one.
I love so many things about this band, starting with the vocals and that wicked guitarist on the Strat. But that's not all. Incredible horns, bass, drums, and keyboards, and most of all, the arrangements. Reelin' in the Years has accomplished the most important thing that any cover band is aiming for: they sound just like the original song by Steely Dan. God Bless you guys and thanks for the great music.
In the presence of rock royalty with the Marotta brothers on drums, but then everyone else in this performance sounds legendary as well. Watching this is way more fun than just playing my "Royal Scam" album from 1976.
WOW. WOW. That was REALLY good. Fantastic lead vocals.
Professional cover on all levels-R. M. on drums is as legendary as his original. Donald Fagan’s lyrics are the poetry of a word smithing genius, and I have always believed his phrasing was as important as the words themselves. For so many listeners to “feel” the lead vocalist “nails it” is a compliment beyond measure and a testament to his skill and love for Steely Dan. And yes, he nails this interpretation in a way that both does it justice and takes it to a different yet relevant level. I will watch this over and over. Thank you for posting.

Thanks for the positive feedback. I would not assume Fagan was the lyricist on Steely Dan. I’m fairly certain Walter contributed quite a bit to the lyrical content.

Well said. I agree 100%. These guys nail this to the wall and then some. The lead vocal is beyond great - love how his movements and expressions help convey the lyrics. Can't leave without also complimenting the guitarist - superb.
Superb music and vocals. I'm in heavenly realms. Thank you!!!!!
EVERYBODY nailed it with this one! Attacked it with energy and taste... truly great interpretation, well done to the vocalists and guitarists
This band is awesome!!!!
2 DRUMMER BROTHERS 😂😍🐐🦄
Great version of one of my all-time favourite 'Dan tunes! I used to sing this in my family's band, it was a great song to sing and with a wack of backup singers, it sounded pretty good.
Vocals are awesome

Just Great.
very well done
The tape was in my Honda all through high school.
He's a pro
The Guitarist is Jesse Gress a long-time band mate of Todd Rundgren. He was an awesome musical educator and a fine human being. Unfortunately he passed away on February 21 2023.
Not an easy song to cover and this bunch does a pretty damn good job of it.
It is so hard to get these vocals right. Surprisingly you guys have done a good job of capturing the spirit of the song. Good job.

The great Larry Carlton created this fantastic guitar solo. And this guitarist nailed the intro and the second short solo.
The audience are dead, the music is fantastic, it’s tiring playing to such a dead crowd, well done all
The bassist looks like that lady you avoid in the apartment complex laundry room. But good on her for pursuing her musical dream. I didn't know this song, but it was fairly entertaining.
If u listen to him he's got a not good but great voice
Larry Carton would be proud 👍
It is bad to say they are a better Steely Dan than the orginal?

No covers. Go to the original
Love it!
