I've been consistent and pushing past my limits since May of 2018. After the first 30 days of forcing myself to commit, it became second nature. Now it's hard to not hit the track or the gym. To anyone struggling, make it to 30 days straight and the rest of your life will change.

Love this...watching this after i got done running stairs for 35 mins, in full sweats with hood up, after just getting home from a 48 hour shift 💪🏻🚒
