Watching Journey's Concert Live-- at the venue is such a great journey experience, it's worth every penny! ..*How many 70's and 80's rock bands are as hot as Journey? lots of them have failed! One reason was that Arnel Pineda has that versatile vocal ability, endurance,, young looks, and superb energy and charms to capture the crowds on the stage and give an incredible performance each time! Hats off Arnel Pineda!, Bravo Journey!

Steve Augeri is singing again but not with Journey.

I love listening to Journey songs with Steve Perry singing on them. But let's face it - even the best vocalists will lose their vocals at some point. It's not something to deny or mock somebody over. There are many '70s and '80s bands out on tour these days with younger vocalists replacing the lead vocalists. If you don't want to be replaced in your band someday as a vocalist just become a guitarist like Neal Schon or Mick Jones.

saw them in edmonton last night i gotta say i enjoyed toto more, i love arnel and singing journey songs is not an easy task but i think age is catching up on him. hes out of tune a lot times makes me cringe. time to retire my friend

Just saw them tonight. Arnel started a bit rough, but got better and better as the show went on. "Lights" was his worst song. The guy is in his mid 50s, I have a feeling he will retire after this tour.

@doublebase1975 I was at the Edmonton show as well. Did not hear much of the “out of tune” maybe because I was not really just listening to Arnel. Instead, I was singing along a lot and on my feet most of the time. I enjoyed Journey a lot on both shows and got more than my money’s worth. Will go see them again. I think Arnel is still doing a pretty great job and I think he will be here to stay for few more years. Just my opinion. 😀

maybe because he was singing night after night with their tour.. and considering all his songs are high-pitched.. i was at the edmonton concert 2 weeks ago, it wasnt perfect but the first stop of their tour was the luckiest id say.. he started rough ur right but it went better & better til end esp when he sang open arms, that didnt need too much accompaniment & u really get to hear his voice..;)
