Great episode. Seems like alot of the SG podcast and MSM are promoting career coaching and retrenchment ISSUES, must be unemployment rate are rising. And please TDK, please don't shout into the mic in the intro 🙏, my ear was bursting. At least peak down or warn us listeners.

The thing that job hoppers don't get why it is a red flag -> You need MONTHS to train a new comer, learn on the job, and really understand fully the organization and the job itself. Someone who leaves every year, or just 1 year+ basically they don't really learn much and have in-depth knowledge/experience. It's "Touch-N-Go"
