I you don't think you could learn that, you'll not learn it. If you believe you can learn it, THEN you will be able to learn it. Of course this doesn't apply to everything, there ARE physical barriers in our world, but I don't see anything physical that prevents anyone from learning how to be grateful and not envy others. Especially when it comes to the mind, there are so many things we THINK we can't do, but which are actually possible. Sometimes you just need a new mindset or approach to do it.

Overthinking is a poor business plan. Lots of good info spewed in this video...especially the recommendation to drown out other's opinions & focus on doing you. 💪🏼💯

Be confident about what you do, plan out everything how you'll do it and then work towards it. Anxiety is when you're insecure. Afraid of something at first? Feel the fear and do it anyway, and gain confidence thru that. Patience.

Nice words. Fear is just a projection of your mind thinking smthg that didn't even happened yet will end badly. Pure result of overthinking. The more you overthink, the more you let fear come in. But you can't help it right ? Aknowledge the fear, then do it anyway, crunch it !

Great advice as always! One of the biggest things I have learned from you is patience. Through my journey and through faith, I have also learned to accept whatever comes my way and to be thankful for it. I have NO expectations and am just OPEN to any opportunity. Having no expectations, being focused and having patience are all key.

Loving the process. This is exactly what I self discovered at 37 years of age. Over a year ago. Jobless. Still jobless. Lol. But the process is addicting.
