I am in SW Idaho (high desert) where I used to be in Zone 6b, and I am now about 2 streets into Zone 7a with the new map. It is usually the end of May before I can get started planting outside although I know a lot of people around here have their gardens in by mid-April. I decided to try overwintering my peppers this year and they are doing great! One is blooming. When can I safely start setting them outside for fresh air (even for a few hours a day) and when can I replant them?
