Hey Gaurav , Generally candidates with work experience are preferred by the AdComs. However, there are ways through which you can compensate for your lack of work experience. Some of these are, 1) A high GRE/GMAT score 2) A well-written reason for why your CGPA was low (maybe tough school grading system/ you were involved in other things such as extracurriculars, projects etc.) 3) well written essays which highlight other activities you have been part of, and hence mitigate the effect of low CGPA.
