Zhu Ting (Chinese: 朱婷; pinyin: Zhū Tíng; born 29 November 1994) is a Chinese female volleyball player. She is the Outside Hitter and Captain of the Chinese women's volleyball national team. She played for Turkish club Vakıfbank Istanbul from 2016 to 2019, and currently plays for Tianjin Bohai Bank.
Zhu and the Chinese national team have won several gold medals in international competition, including in the 2016 Olympic Games and the 2019 World Cup. Since her debut in 2011, Zhu has received 13 MVP awards at all levels of competition, including the MVP award of Rio Olympic Games 2016. She is widely regarded as one of the best and most decorated indoor volleyball players of all time. She is also the highest paid professional volleyball player in the world, male or female, as of the 2018/2019 season.

Ding Xia (Chinese: 丁霞; pinyin: Dīng Xiá, born 13 January 1990) is a Chinese volleyball player. She is the setter of the China women's national volleyball team and plays for Liaoning.

Zhu is a queen in volleyball. Her athleticism is simply unreal.

As Vakıfbank family, we miss Zhu very much. Zhu is best.
Ding Xia is definitely one of the best setters in the world right now. Her sets are precise, not too high or low. She controls the ball with steady pace to her teammates and most importantly, she distributes the ball evenly to everyone inside the court which makes their team deadlier. Also, those impeccable digs & unpredictable powerful lefty hits. Hoping she could maintain that fiery performance to Tokyo for a back to back olympic gold. 🙌

@@thirdymaniquis I agree!! Lang Ping already found the best match for her starters. It's crazy how all of them are individually strong yet they have a great team chemistry inside the court.

Can’t wait to see the duo back in action. It’s torture watching Zhu “dance” to the terrible tosses in Team Tianjin and Ding sprint to save receives all over the place.

@@CHRISMALVIA100592 yao di with zhu ting is not good pair. Zhu does so good with naz, cansu, and ding xia. But no yao do
At 8.11 - very rarely do you ever get a thumbs up, or smile from Lang Ping. Zhu Ting got both!!
Zhu's volleyball IQ is what makes her stand out from most of players. True that she's got solid hardware (height, wing span,etc.), but her ability of reading the gameplay is on another level~

@@polyprinz I mean, Zhu only had 1 Olympic so far. More chances in the future. Back then, volleyball wasn’t as advanced as it was. Blocking techniques weren’t as good as it is today.

@@tluangthang9823 Have you seen the Cubans in action? None of these athletes today can jump or hit as hard as they did. I agree after watching Mireya Luis hit after all these years, the players now can't measure up. Not meant to be mean, but the Cubans were so good, there hasn't been a team as dominant in women's volleyball than they did.
