I just saw a clip on why the wealthy avoid taxes; we vote in guys who promise to not raise taxes, this in turn takes money away from the government, which defunds the IRS, which then lacks the resources to got after the wealthy. They still have money to go after US, though...

Celebrities preach to us to turn in the firearms we have to protect out families yet they live behind fenced in homes with armed guards.

The " take in" hundreds in a day tax free and more money than working. Then walk a block away...get in their new Lincoln or cadillac and drive to their nice home and to partner to see who collected the most money today!

They also will tell you global warming is raising the sea level dramatically, and then go buy a $10m mansion with beach front property. If they actually believed the stuff they tell you do you think they would do that? If so then they are idiots and shouldn't be listened to, to begin with.

panhandlers get "donations" more than the average person with a job. seen many panhandlers finish and when they get done, walk a block or two and get into a better-looking vehicle than I had.

Yeap. I drive by these people wearing nicer sneakers and coats than I've EVER had. Makes me angry when I watch these bleeding hearts giving them money.

A line for your act. Spotted owls are delicious. They taste something like a cross between a Bald Eagle, and a Whooping Crane. 🤣

Frankly I care more about the Spotted Owl than I do about any celebrity.

@@lislelewis8415 I heard something about him providing meals to government workers, but not homeless. I also recall something about him using farm exemptions to avoid paying property taxes. Oh well, it's nice he's doing something. But I doubt it's much of a sacrifice on his part, like so many celebs preach that we should all be doing.

We're struggling each day and these people are more self-absorbed than the best paper towel brand! Try to have some consideration for others. We don't give a ratssass!

A few years ago, my wife and I saw a guy standing at the corner holding a sign that read "homeless, hungry, please help." We were on our way to Subway, and we got the guy a footlong sub. We pulled up, gave him the sub, and as we drove away he yelled "Why couldn't you MFrs just give me the money the sandwich cost"? And then he bounced the sandwich off the back window of our car 🤣🤣🤣🤣. Talk about gratitude!

1. a friend owned a bakery , bums would ask for donuts and he handed the a broom to sweep the storefront. none did... 2. a girl ask me for money in front of cici pizza for food , i told her to go inside and they would give he some pizza . she said she didn't like there pizza.... i guess she wasn't to hungry

Around here, we know the seasons by the “homeless” folks showing up. Its the same ones, in the same spots every year. They get chased off for a few days to a week. Then right back they come. Theyve got a 5th wheel RV trailer that looks better than the house i grew up in! Surprise is coming for them this spring. The local store they inhabited every year closed down due to not being able to ride out the covid BS. Guess the “homeless is out one spot this year!

I was in McAllen Tx years ago and pulled up to a stop light in my semi. There was a younger hispanic guy standing there holding a sign that said “homeless, anything will help”. I rolled down my window and told him he might have better luck if he wasn’t wearing a brand new pair of Jordan tennis shoes. He looked down at his feet and turned around and walked off. I just pulled away laughing.

For a few years I worked in Boulder, CO for the Dept of Interior. Aspen has nothing over Boulder. 35 square miles surrounded by reality. That’s Boulder. We had to have a separate container for every kind of material. Green glass, brown glass, clear glass, computer paper, aluminum cans, steel cans, plastic #4, newsprint, etc. Eco Cycle (trash company), would come by every 2nd week to collect it. You already know what they did. It all went together in the same bin in the trash truck.

I was gassing up my 1979 Cadillac and saw a guy talking to several people before he got to me. He said he was broke but had a job waiting in Dallas, TX and needed money for gas 'cause he had to be there by noon tomorrow. ( this was in Shreveport, La. only 300 miles down I-20 and the gas station was only 200 yards from the on ramp.) I told him to pull his car up behind me and I'd fill up his tank on my card. He said thanks he'd be right back. I saw him hit up a few more people for money, then drive off. He only wanted the cash. He didn't even get on the interstate to Dallas, but went the opposite direction. Scammers, all. Never give them a dime.
