@@anthonywilson7879 chiropractory is for last resorts, ita where muscles have knotted and pull on muscles, which are connected to bone and pull on bone. The noises you hear can actually be made with rubbing two knots together, which feels good but requires constant re adjustment. I reccomend a body massage then chiropractors. Ive had the same knot and bumps in my left shoulder for a bit. Moving around properly has helped with my pains. I use to have seizures which made them worse and more knotted. I feel like a muscle knot just isnt a thing anymore, now its bad bone placement, ugh.

By the time I got done with the 13 plus visits (13 was a minimum). I can only breathe it has half mast because of my asthma. Suddenly after one of my visits, I took a deep breath, for the first time in many years. I have not been to see a chiropractor in more than 10 years and I still can take a deep breath to this day. True. Ive seen it. Some peoples arteries cant take the twisting/pressure and it splits them open or they throw clots and have strokes. I honestly, what is a chiro doing besides popping the gas build up in joints or stretching joints out? All of that can be done gently on your own with proper stretching/massaging. Im not trying to be anti chiro, i know some and theyre good people….but as a whole their profession is looked down upon by the medical community for a reason. What people need is physical therapy, not joint manipulations.

Surgery is a more permanent solution with a bigger possibility of side effects and such. Chiropractic adjustments are "Temporary" in the means that whatever happened to your body will, inevitably, happen again over time. Getting alignments and adjustments regularly (I do mine monthly for pain management but some people can easily do 3-6 months between) is quite beneficial. Also, since people commented on it, he checks reflexes to ensure he didn't damage the spine and also to see the difference in reflexes before and after. It IS risky at times (As is all potential medical treatments) but I feel that the benefit is worthwhile.

I still use a cane 2 canes to walk, but if it hadn't been for my chiropractor for the last 9 years, I wouldn't be able to walk at all. I wouldn't be able to work, and I would be deavastatingly disabled. Every Doctor I go to says, 'stop seeing your chiropractor', and I say, "Why?" 'he's the only one who ever touches me, helps me, and he has kept me being able to work!
