half block of tofu
1 teaspoon of salt
½ teaspoon ground white pepper
½ teaspoon ground black pepper
Appropriate amount of rosemary
Five-spice powder half teaspoon
Appropriate amount of salt and pepper powder
1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
Sesame sesame oil 1 tablespoon
60 grams of flour
1 tablespoon corn flour
an egg
Appropriate amount of sweet potato powder

    我切金針菇的方式是真空包裝狀態下,不先拆開塑膠袋,直接下刀連塑膠袋一起切除木屑根部,這樣好切又不容易木屑掉一堆,然後,再取出金針菇清洗,這樣整個金針菇沾到木屑的地方會少很多,也容易快速清洗完成。

    有不銹鋼圈圈型的模型大一點的買來用應該不錯,(也可用來煎荷包蛋) 把菇料填放進去再放地瓜粉,較不用到手吧! 鐵盤上有一層濾網,這個東西好像不錯,不知會不會很難洗喔! 有素炸物店他們有用甩油機很特別,一般好像沒在賣家用型的吧,只能用吸油紙與濾網吧!

    用模型也可以,記得鏟子要塗點油壓平,才不會黏在鏟子上。 我是放洗碗機洗鐵盤濾網,但有幾次我用手洗不難洗。

    粉可以多放一點點, 我製作的時候難免也會有一點黏~ 煎的時候, 油溫要170度放下去, 不然可以用炸的~
