Tried so many times... always turns out superb. Thank you Afzal, your explanation is the key to your videos. One query sometime when chicken is getting cooked on paper at the first stage it gets burned from the side which is touching down, how can we avoid that.

@@MAKKIJAM brother I eat beef , chicken and lamb. No offense to any Indians or Hindus here.. Eating beef is my choice, and secondly I don't even live in India I left India way back in 95 and have never been in India ever since and don't think will ever go to India ... So thanks for your advice but every one has the choice to eat what they want .

The non-stick coating burns and turns carcinogenic (cancer causing) if cooked like this. Why not use the oven?

@ComfortZone Not everyone has Oven. It's really convenient and if you are concerned about carcinogenic, just marinate the chicken with spices as well and cook without butter paper in pressure cooker!
