He has an incredible voice.

Serge is one of the greatest male vocalists of our time. Plus... He gets it... He feels the music in his soul.

Serge is such an international treasure!

Serge has to have the most beautiful male voice I have ever heard. I hate saying that since there are so many good singers in the world but the clarity and range he displays on this is just unbelievable.

To me, he is still the best Lead that L&F ever had.

Serge's voice is so smooth and powerful, I really do miss him being with L&F. You'll love his American Pie challenge from two years ago.

He has a nice voice... he's very talented! one man by himself and he sounds like an entire band... Amazing!!!

I think because of all the wars and sadness he is giving us a reason to hang on.

Thank you for introducing me to solo Serge. I have been impressed with him (and all the musicians )in L&Friends. And this In one take brilliant! Also very impressed you know about SplitEnz I was a teenager in NZ in their heyday have great memories of a concert where it started with them shuffling on to the stage in a large bag tied up with a bow and then jumping out in their surreal outfits. And such original music to match. IMHO the best band NZ has produced. Thanks for your channel I love your insightful comments.

One takeaway for me was his use of falsetto in the first half of the song, but only full voice during the second half of the song. That's a significant move from being "pretty" to being more serious and heartfelt.

That boy can sing! Serge has a helluva voice!

This is also one of my favorite songs as well. And how powerful his version is especially under the circumstances that he is in. I loved this as well.

That's what war does to people - separates them. It works just as the dark controllers planned. Such a shame, not just because Serge can't sing with L&F, but he can't be with people he obviously loves.

Made me cry/ I feel his sadness. I would cast him as Jesus in Jesus Christ Superstar.
