This is the million Dollar question!!! While in the last hour or minutes of the trading day, are there any clues pointing to market GAP Up or GAP Down the next day? We usually see these gaps after the closing bell rings. Market Makers tend to control price to avoid option traders pilling in, then rally up or dump right after closing bell? Wondering how to identify some last minute clues, to quickly pick up one or two contracts to hold overnight, before the closing bell, because a Gap Up or Down makes a huge difference in options overnight.

Hi Josh, actually in 2020 the market was going up after the rate cut and then it crashed for Covid. At least in that case the market pullback was totally decoupled from the interest rate cuts.

Josh I had to defend you on a video i ran across warning people not to listen to you. My response to this youtuber " Wanted to tell you that i recently ran into a video of yours on Stocks from josh that you were warning people about him. I have followed Stocks from Josh for about a year and i believe he is a excellent TA guy ! Probably one of the best i have seen on youtube. I keep a journal of every youtuber that i follow and document the trades and TA that they are covering. Either Josh is the luckiest trader alive or he is good at what he does, pretty sure the latter. His TA on stocks is really amazing, almost like he has a crystal ball. Just watch some of his TA material i think you will see what i see, nothing in this for me just saw the video and thought i would respond. There are plenty of youtubers that are not credible and should be warned about but Josh is really a good teacher and is worth watching if anyone wants to learn! I enjoy your channel also". !!

Thanks Josh, a while ago someone mentioned TLT is a good buy when rates are first cut? This topic is something I have been interested in, as while we see that many downturns didn’t last too long, the most sever had 34 months recovery time, and even drops south of 20%, like 40-50% are more sever for some ages, especially in retirement accounts that cap contribution room. So apart from protecting capital & risking loss of further upside, are there other hedges (beyond Puts) that benefit typically in rate cut environments, or merit in TLT? I’m also in discord.

Hey Josh, can you please speak on the “Deceptive Pricing” lawsuit/accusations currently against Dollar General and how you see it effecting the stock?

Good market analysis Many traders were mislead by some analysts Tesla is AI company or one of magnificent 7. The share could go up to $1500 in 5 yrs time. Now I realised that Tesla is just EV manufacturer nothing more. The share price never can bit its ATH. I bought the share at $235 average. I wish the price comes down below $50 so I can average my buying price below $100 and sell it at $165.

Market is driven by earnings and not by fed decisions so why should the market drop 20% with good earnings? Also most of the s&p companies are still down very much since 2022. It all doesn’t make sense to me. 🤔

We are in a tech sector bull market, all other areas are not doing well including healthcare which is the second biggest sector. Wall st is disconnected from the Middle to low class who are struggling , homelessness is rampant and we have a vanishing middle class. There is homelessness running rampant that wasn't there before the pandemic.

In the examples you gave for market declines upon rate cuts the economy was collapsing and that’s not the case now. The reason for the cut matters.
