Don't Do These Exercises Unless You Want to Cry

Спорт

Start healing with Somatic Exercises: bit.ly/3lRKYjJ
Emotions only last between 3 seconds to 3 minutes unless…👇🏼
you’re repressing your emotions or not allowing yourself to feel your emotions in the moment.
when you repress your emotions, your body perceives it as a form of stress…
this dysregulates your nervous system, triggering the release of stress hormones like cortisol and adrenaline 😮‍💨
repressing your emotions makes your emotions last MUCH longer, and these unprocessed emotions can get stored in your body for years or decades
emotional repression also causes muscle tension, neck pain, weakens your immune system, and leads to feelings like long-term anxiety, depression, mood swings and emotional exhaustion 😮‍💨
repressing your emotions is a common behavioral response for trauma survivors & isn’t your fault!!
you may have grown up in an environment where your feelings were invalidated or minimized
or you learned that expressing certain emotions (fear, anger, sadness) weren’t ok 🙌🏼
or the trauma you experienced was so overwhelming that you disconnected from your emotions to protect yourself from feeling the pain you were in 🥹
the good news is that you can release the backlog of unprocessed emotions & stored trauma out of your body in 60 days with somatic exercises 💖
somatic exercises release the unprocessed emotions, stored trauma, & pent up survival energy out of your body ✌🏼(even if you’ve been repressing your emotions for years)
after you release, you’ll feel calmer & more relaxed than you ever have before
your nervous system will be regulated again & you’ll have the tools to be able to feel your emotions as they arise in your body 💖
you’ll feel much lighter both emotionally & physically and will have a ton more energy ✨
do you want to release your unprocessed emotions & stored trauma out of your body?
get guided through the step by step 👇🏼
full body release (3 course bundle) 🔗bit.ly/3lRKYjJ💖✌🏼💖

I’ve been doing your practices now everyday sometimes three times a day! The amount of trauma that’s comes up has astonished me! Even generational trauma has come up. Nothing has worked as well as somatic healing. It’s better than doing mushrooms which is the way I used to heal before discovering you!! Your a god send! I appreciate your whole existence ❤❤❤

heidi , thank u for your detailed explanations , helps a lot. surfed the whole internet and i don't feel understood enough. i have high hopes from you . i don't understand how emotional neglect in childhood led me to completely shut myself when surrounded by people /even by just one person. i am a 19 yo female.i can not speak a single word , my body becomes immobile , hands sweat and tremble , body is not at ease ,heart rate increases , i struggle for breath and can't have facial expressions. yes , social anxiety but i can't even open my mouth or move my body freely and the BIGGEST problem is that i don't feel like initiating for a change. i do not feel confortable even around my own family . i have lost myself. i don't know who i am anymore. or like never knew who i was. i don't seem to have opinions , creativity and don't understand anyone. nobody understands me and i don't relate to anybody.i am frustrated with people. i don't know what to do and where to go. i just want myself to be playful , authentic and real. social anxiety is so high idk anymore who i am. i don't argue and i don't fight for myself or introduce myself and don't feel like doing any of those things tbh. but that's sabotaging. i feel disconnected from everyone and totally suffocated and restricted to allow my emotions and my thoughts. SAVE ME.

It's easy and very effective. Hope maybe this can help you too. ❤😅

@@aakritibasliyalbe gracious and compassionate towards yourself while you find your way out of this little by little. Believe in yourself. "I will overcome my anxiety" "I am not YET ....." exposure therapy helped me, my anxiety wasn't as bad as yours, but what I would do, is i would imagine I wasn't going anywhere or doing anything and then once I was in the situation 1 on 1 social visit, I would just have to deal. I realised it was actually mostly my friends awkwardness and anxiety that was causing mine to be so bad. Self worth can often play a part in social anxiety. Maybe start a hobby or something that you can talk about, step by step, working towards this, you will notice teeny tiny accomplishments. Celebrate them! I love you 💘
