Don't Cosign Craziness: Unforgiveness Is Making You Sick | Dr. Monique Walker | TEDxColoradoSprings

Unforgiveness has been discovered to be one of many culprits behind the decline in mental and physical health that many people face today. The antidote to unforgiveness is forgiveness. Find out how to activate the power of forgiveness to reclaim your health and life. Dr. Monique Walker is a medical doctor, professional speaker, women transformational coach, and business consultant who has been in healthcare for over 15 years. She is also a wife and mother who is passionate about her family. She is a survivor of domestic violence and childhood abuse. Her life’s work is to help women find their voices, redefine their lives, and live in their purpose on purpose. I had the pleasure of meeting you in my hospital room about 5 months ago. You spoke to me and brought tears to my eyes immediately. I find myself in the same situation as when I saw you that day and I thought of you and the words you spoke to me. 😭 thank you for being what I needed that day as well as today.

Janels mother should’ve protected her daughter at all cost, I would have never let a man babysit my daughter or send her to a man who was a stranger. Janels mom was naive and made a lot bad choices at the detriment of her daughter

Latonia, parents have an obligation to protect their children. However, do not be fooled, as there are women who hurt children too. The key is to screen your childcare provider, have open dialogue with your child about body boundaries, and build a safe nonjudgmental relationship with your child. The goals is to make home a safe place for your child to share their experiences with you. Communication is key!

Monique Walker M.D. I’m well aware that there are peverted women too and that everyone should be vigilantly screened, but I would never leave my female daughter with a male babysitter that would make me extremely uncomfortable
