A better way to preserve your commercial treadmill is to have a dedicated outlet that is a 20 Amp Circuit. That means the electrical circuit you are plugging your treadmill in is the ONLY device on the circuit!! The benefit of plugging your COMMERCIAL treadmill (note: same goes for residential treadmills, but 15amp) in a dedicated 20 Amp Circuit is the machine won't be starved for power....
The last thing you want is to risk motor control board failure due to said starvation because replacement commercial circuit boards run $500 to $1000!. Take this advice and save money! 👍
