I watched this video and still purchased a car form Carvana and the experience was great maybe I just got lucky but I have no compaints at all, it’s been 4 months since purchasing my car.

I took a shot every time you said "LIKE" and died from alcohol poisoning.

I bought my 2016 Corolla from them last month, good price and no problems. There was 1 delay but they gave me 100 bucks. Test your car and get it inspect it. Just in case. Mine thankfully was in really good shape. I highly recommend.

How long of a delay?

They gave you 12 hours notice? They called me 2 hours before the scheduled delivery, and pushed my car back twice. My delivery date went from 11/23 to 12/21; i cancelled lol.

CARVANA ARE CROOKS. PERIOD. I waited for three months of excuses, then they cancelled my contract, raised the price, and sold the car to someone else. CROOKS.!!!!!!!!

A pattern I've noticed is if it's a sporty car you will have issues...if you buy a normal car you won't have issues...I know 3 different people who bought Nirmal cars with zero issues...I almost bought a 10th gen si off there but shut just didn't look right so I canceled and found one in another state brand new and went and bought it instead

Thats not a pattern lmao, 3 out of hundreds of tho of sold cars a years is irrelevant. A pattern would involve at least a significant percentage point of all cars sold. Your sample size is a minority.

Make sure you can get title. Been lots of title issues with carvana. Cal is super strict and absolutely hate aftermarket intakes.

ANYBODY that doesn't get a pink slip title in their hand upon purchase is the biggest idiot buyer sucker on the planet. I mean this should be common sense. NEVER give your money during a purchase without the paperwork handed to you physically upon transaction. Seem lot of people these days are just lazy & pure $tupid & willing to put up with this kind of bad business practices that end up making it worse for other buyers. If a company I'm thinking of buying from even looks at me wrong of sends me ANY excuses, or doesn't show up on time, etc., they can take their business & $hove it. A lot of buyers these days are just plain dumb. carless & lazy & willing to put up & tolerate a company's B$ & excuses. I mean who would want to bother giving them their money? Just stupid imho. One negative leads to another usually and wasting a CU$TOMER$ time. Only idiots do business with company like that.

I was looking at a used 2020 Hyundai Santa Fe with over 50,000 miles along with some dents from Carvana. They wanted $34,000 for it. I left and went to a Hyundai dealership. I found a brand new 2022 Santa Fe Sel for only $31,800 with no markup price.

Don't EVER, EVER get a car delivered IF you choose to do business with these shady operators! I ALMOST pulled the trigger on a Nissan 370Z with these animals and SO GLAD I cancelled the deal! MANY cars that get delivered are damaged by the drivers loading or unloading them which equals a delayed delivery. Sometimes body damage, sometimes a punctured tire. Carvana was started by an former ex-convict / felon and his son and have screwed over a TON of people!

I bought a 2015 ford Mustang eco boost premium from carvana 5/13 was supposed to get car today 5/20 I get a text 5/17 saying my car was going to be late and that it would be here June 3rd so I call and ask why the long wait and they say that there waiting on touch up paint for the roof which there wasn’t supposed to be anything wrong with the roof after calling 4 reps I was finally able to get one of them to tell me the truth, the roof had something bad happen to it where the roof now needs body work and most likely needs to be repainted so far not enjoying the carvana experience. So for them damaging the roof and causing the long wait and lying to me they only offered 200 dollar check for the inconvenience.

I added jock staps for my truck which made it go a lot faster.

18 Cadillac CTS-V. Vehicle came with 3 summer tire and one all season tire which was placed at the front which caused a pull(different tread) Car came with Carbon package option, but somewhere amongst the delivery date the rear bumper was fixed and the carbon fiber diffuser was replaced with the non carbon fiber diffuser(plastic) the drivers front outter door handle had most of its paint removed from the inside of handle. All this was mentioned at the time of the delivery. Forward a few weeks....Silverrock declined the repairs do to meeting their standards

Damn what a nightmare, well i purchased a vehicle from Carvana and had a very smooth experience. I ordered on a Thursday and my SUV was delivered Saturday afternoon. Awesome car man. I would definitely buy again from Carvana Myself. #Bless

This is why people are dumb. Who in their right mind does business this way. NEVER give over money or make a used car purchase without being HANDED the pink slip title upon purchase transaction. This is a lazy generation willing to put up with too much B$ from company's that don't even care they are a cu$tomer. I got mine the next day. And delivered to my house. Not one change of date witch confused me because I ordered it about 2 hours later than they allowed for next day delivery but just before they closed the date stood. But I was pretty close to the place they had my car.

They don't like selling anything with any aftermarket stuff on it. Most of the time they take them to the auction

Yeah, you literally have to stay on top of it. Talk to a million people, this is my 1st delay because my car is getting shipped to the vending machine, but it didn't get there on time. I'm about to make a video on this situation too.

The problem with Carvana is they take the easy route they buy a car do a basic inspection and sell it as is they don’t invest money into the car to make it look nice or even sometimes don’t even deal with the registration they are just praying that 95% of people do what you just did. Let’s see what happens when the used car bubble burst and they get stuck with over priced inventory but good thing they just bought the second largest car auction company so that might help them.

Yea I heard about the lawsuits going on with Carvana. I mean the concept sounded good.. they wanted to be the Amazon of car buying, but their customer service is just straight up trash and all the shady crap they pull.

They pulled the same shit with me.... I ordered a 2014 bmw 328xi with all the packages you could get... Car was suppose to be here May 24th.... here we are July 30th and the car was delayed 4 times.... Then they tell me the car needs to be inspected at their facility then proceeded to tell me that they will send me $250 check for the inconvenience.... Well I will let you know I never got the car.. It got removed from my account then someone else got it then I called complained and it got put back on my account THEN they needed to verify my employment (Not my income) my employment even though I sent them Statements pay stubs etc all with my Employers name on there.. So I told them to go screw and shove the car where the sun does not shine.. For them to keep saying you won't be able to get the car yet is ridiculous and then they give the excuse "the car isn't up to carvanas standards'' thats what they kept saying to me with the BMW.. One guy told me if a knob or steering wheel has wear on it Carvana won't send it out... Makes no damn sense ending up going to Driveway, might pay more for shipping but I haven't been getting dicked around.

To be fair you should have known about the intake (especially one from a popular aftermarket company like Injen) and the consequences of the parts that were shown in the pics. Idk about your background, but you mentioned you came from the frs/86/brz platform (which people love to mod hella) so I was surprised. Also it sucks they didn't deliver it on time, but because of the Supra you chose with that aftermarket part(s), it caused you to immediately fail emissions tests due to the area you lived in. I bought a Type R from Carvana and made sure it was completely stock before I pulled the trigger, so I personally have dealt with them before. I'm not trying to defend Carvana that much, but I've been seeing a lot of "horror" stories on KZread lately which are honestly overexaggerating the problems they're supposedly having. The customer service complaint was fair though, that was pretty garbo of them

Once the company goes bankrupt and you don't have a title their taking you're car no law protects the buyers unless you get a lawyer to protect you or return the car for a type of refund

My brother in law actually got a Camaro for free, he couldn't pay the payment after just a few months after getting it so he just parked it and waited for someone to repo it. Nobody ever came, after a year or so later he checked into it and the company had gone bankrupt. He got the car just no title. He turned it into a drag car, I'm sure he would have had to pay a lean off to ge the title.

I don’t know about you but I would be super nervous in the event of an earthquake happening and all that heavy looking stuff you have on those shelves come crashing all down on your Supra. That would totally suck and I would definitely put at least some kind of bar or strong netting in front of those items so that in the event of an earthquake it will stop and prevent those items from crashing down on your Supra.

Carvana sells mediocre used cars. Not nicely vetted used cars. Cars bought from people who apparently can’t afford them or for some reason realized the vehicle they’ve purchased really isn’t the vehicle for them. Cars people treat like crap and quickly ditch before the value tanks and goes into the toilet. Then you come along and buy it on line. Carvana invest the absolute minimum in terms of dollars to prepare the car for the new buyer. The result: You get a car with worn out tires, unidentified scratches, worn seats and steering wheels, and modifications under the hood that wont pass state inspections.

100% correct. I spotted that on MANY of their carfax reports that just didn't ad up. Which made me totally not even consider buying for them ever. Lots of $ucker buyers don't spot or don't look at or ignore the red flags. This younger generation does car buying foolishly & tolerates way too much nonsense because "they want it" and they want it now. I just SMH at this desperate foolishness from buyers. Places like Carvan & Vroom count on & love these types of foolish buyers.

They tried that shit with me after a scheduled day off to take delivery I told them deliver it or cancle. Suddenly they had a driver available. Just bought a second car last week, delivered on time no big issues. I am sending that car back though due to several imperfections not noted in add. Got a newer model due to be swapped out in a week. With high prices now car better be as advertised or it will go back also.

With so many red flags you should not have bought it.

I’ve driven the truck about 3k miles in the past month and I’ve had no problems with it… based on my experience with Carvana, I would suggest doing some research on the vehicle you want and if you’re buying on Carvana, shop for a vehicle with no more then 20k miles on it. The lower the miles the newer the vehicle. The less wear and tear on the vehicle. Just be patient when you’re looking… it took me 5 months to buy my truck…

If people like aswan715 would have looked at i closer, I'm certain there is missing dates of "maintenance" or something that didn't add up. These types of Carfax reports is what Carvana goes buy & is willing to sell $hit to their cu$tomer $ucker buyers. Before buying, if ANYTHING on the carfax report has info missing (especially like oil changes or basic maintenance reports without showing the mileage) or ANY unexplained time lapses in it, RED FLAG DO NOT EVEN THINK OF BUYING it.

That is false advertising i would’ve been like naw i bought the car cuz it has that if I can’t have it I want a refund Idk I would’ve idk

The beginning of the process was good but once it came to delivery it is a total nightmare. My delivery got pushed to 05/05 last min..and they are not really transparent as far as the reasoning. This is the 6th delay. After talking to multiple people they are going to accommodate me with $1000..that's if I keep the vehicle after the 7 day trial.

@@accordingtoabe2211 the government once they sieze all of Carvana assets. Your way out is if CARVANA gave you your car note. Like if u have the paperwork in your name then you’re ok.

@@accordingtoabe2211 Carvana has been doing some shady business where they give the customer the car but they never send them the paperwork that the car is theirs. Saying the paperwork is backed up. So if they go bankrupt the government takes their assets which is YOUR car since it’s technically still in their name. Just looking out for you fam

I'm pretty certain Carvana uses the same pictures over & over and only ads the pictures with "possible defects" when needed.

Look up Aubrey Janik's channel on KZread, she has a few great videos of the Carvana company and its shady operations. I've been tempted to buy a car from them (or vroom and a few other online sites), but Aubrey's Carvana videos really put me off. You're experience and that of the others posting replies only worries me more. FWIW: I did have a co-worker who bought a lo-mileage RAV-4 from them, no issues (except the inflated price!).

Yes I know the owners of that company they are 🇨🇺 American 🇺🇸 they are bad on business like all cuba peoples don’t get a car from that company anymore

I bought my 2013 Scion TC from carvana, aside from their high ass APR ( doesnt help i left no money down ) i havent had any issues with it aside from some hairline scratches which can more than likely be polished off which came already on the car. Dont let a few bad apples ruin the batch. Be smart. Test it, carvana does give you a 7 day return if you put money down so best of luck to you if you are considering buying from them 👍🏽

The 7 day return is a joke & total RED FLAG that Carvana doesn't TRUST the vehicles they are selling. That is an INSTANT RED FLAG. Doesn't take a brainiac to figure that one out. A buyer can go even buy any car from say "Hertz" rental sales, they offer a 12month/1yr buy back warranty. Carvana's 7 day crap is total crap & $tupid for any suckers to think of or consider. Who the f is so stupid to even buy from Carvana when there is much better protective buyer deals out there? Carvana is for idiot $ucker lazy a$$ buyers.

Wrong. Moral of the story is don't be willing to do business & give your hard earned money to a snake lair company & put up with their $hit. Learn not to be foolish, desperate when looking to buy a vehicle.

They are not allowed by law to sell any car without it passing smog. Why Carvana is allowed to even LIST a car for sale without them already having pass smog is a total RED FLAG not to buy from this bad practice company. I mean ANY SMART buyer would know this & tell them to stick their business where the sun doesn't shine. But lots of today's younger generation buyer (a lot of dumb buyers of all ages) are lazy, foolish & pain $stupid desperate $uckers.

The very first sign of terrible customer service, any smart buyer would have told them to stick it & walked. This was LAME af what he put up with. Really foolish on his part imho. But he said it was his first car buy. I wish younger generation would listen to older people on how to PROPERLY purchase a car & not be so desperate to tolerate ANY nonsense for sellers.

Yeah on my 4th rescheduled appointment. I asked them where the car is and they don't know.

4th rescheduled appointment? WTF? My question is why, WHY tf are you buyers so willing to tolerate & put up with this kind of nonsense? It makes you all seems desperate & foolish. I would have told them to stick their business after the first time they didn't deliver what they said they would. Any SMART buyer knows to walk upon ANY sign of lies or promises broken. I don't get you desperate car buyers. It's no wonder you people get jacked around because you put up with it. SMH.

Wow I bought my car and it was delivered within a week. I stay in North Hollywood and there’s a carvana facility nearby. Overall I had a good experience with them and the registration arrived literally about 3 weeks after I had the car👍 but yeah I made sure to get the car inspected during the 7 day trial and everything checked out !

Bought and sold a car via Carvana both good experiences. They Help break local dealership monopoly.
