They don't listen to it! But they don't know how much great freestyle music were produced in the past! I'm not a Latino but always love freestyle music then and still now in 2023! SAFIRE, INDIA, NOEL, CORO, SOAVE, CLASS, MARIBEL, EILEEN FLORES, STEVIE B, SAMMY, FASCINATION, GIGGLES, JUDY TORRES, C-BANK, ETC., Those are just some of my favorite freestyle music artists!

I love her dancing, she is so beautiful inside and out, this video captures the great 80's,Safire is my all time favorite and she is dancing good and dance Freestyle like a lot back in the day.Funny the people who critisize her dancing..probably cant dance at all.Safire is a great dancer & singer,love her!

One of the best freestyle recordings from back in the day. Wilma has such a great voice and she is such a lovely person also. I do not know what all the negative comments hope to accomplish. Those of us from back in those days still love this music and those of us, like myself, who were performers back then are still very proud of the music we did. If people think it is cheesy, well that is their opinion, but back then...well I don't think any of us felt the need to put down anyone.

I did not take offense at all. i just often wonder why people just decide to randomly leave a negative comment on a music genre they probably do not like. This is not a bad song at all, but I adore freestyle music and I was also a freestyle artist. I also know that Wilma has a really great voice and her song "Thinking of You" made the Billboard charts and became a Top Ten hit world wide; not to mention her winning an award for writing it, along with many other awards.

A lot if times I wish the days were still like this, but then I remember that back then I couldn't just call up on demand music and videos from decades past from all over the world. So then I get happy and nostalgic again and sit here all night loving it!

I didn't know of her until 1988, but this is even two years earlier than that. Early promotional videos taped on local shows. etc., looked exactly like this back in the day. Amazing for the time! I saw her in concert two years later, she was hot.

Sorry guys, but my point of view is that this video proves that in the 80s the image of an artist wasn´t that manufactured as nowadys. You can feel the freshness and also her kind of candid way of singing this freestyle love song. I like it this way; raw, spontaneous and real.

I think some of us forget what girls looked like back in '85-'86. Perhaps some who've criticized weren't even alive back then...lol! Anyhow, she actually was looking pretty good for back then. I'd a hit in a minute! Don't know if it was the jordashe, sassoon or sergio valentes that were skin tight but she was kickin! Hair was rather tame compared to most club girls of the time; she's hardly wearing any makeup too! She was a looka, no doubt! As for the dancing...if she had a partner in a club....
