What makes me laugh is Fury a couple years ago grilled Joshua for fighting Povetkin saying he’s a 40 year old man half his size, fast forward to now he’s fought the same guy he beat twice by unanimous win and dominate win then give him a title shot at a record of 33-12 aged 38 coming of one win out of his last four fights handpicked!.

Joshua turned down 50 million undisputed and the WBC 60/40 split. He didn’t want it. Good luck with the top 10 argument when they are retired. Fury won 3 of the 4 belts, spent 3 years out the ring on cocaine came back won the WBC and when he beats Usyk he will have won those 3 titles he had for 2nd time on top of being undefeated, undisputed, beat 2 champions with 10+ defences between them in their own backyard (never been done in the history of the sport) and he would be the only man in the history of boxing to life every single belt at every single level. Not a strap he hasn’t collected (hasn’t been done before in the history of boxing) granted not everyone can fight for English/Irish/British/European and all those belts. What’s the argument for AJ? He fought a couple top 10 but got beaten off a natural middleweight and twice and unranked Ruiz who had never beaten a ranked fighter until he made AJ quit. Of course fury needs to get by Usyk first but I’m confident he will but what argument wins? No serious boxing fan is siding with AJ on this surely

I worked at the stadium on Saturday and the official gate was 44,000. One bloke was pissed, as he paid £450 for a pair of tickets and had he waited a couple of days later, could have got them for £80 each. People left after 4 rounds saying it was shit and a waste of money

No Frank isn't right. What AJ said is that they couldn't make the deadline which means if Fury hadn't put a deadline in place and said the fight was off we would've had the fight.. Tyson has said repeatedly that he makes the decisions so how can Frank continue negotiations when the man said the fight was off?

@@simonhh 🙄 after the negotiations failed hearn said AJ will fight in Feb or March. He just fought Usyk. He's not obligated to fight in December. The only reason December was mentioned is because Fury was adamant that the fight takes place in December probably because his boxing licence is nearly up but that's a different discussion. AJ said he'll be ready for the 17th and Fury publicly said no.. it's the 3rd or nothing.

I actually have no problem with the fight. Chisora was a logical warm up fight in preparation for the unified fight against Usyk. The bottom line however is that there is no way on earth that it was worth paying money to watch, and Frank is being completely disingenuous to not admit that.

Everyone has a tune up fight we all knew he was fighting in December no matter who it was and undisputed will come what’s Simon on about

To be fair to Frank he's well entitled to be triggered by almost being blamed and bombarded with that "Why wasn't the Fury vs AJ fight made Frank?!" for the 1000th time in which Frank outlined 1000 times he can't force Fury to extend the deadline and he can't force AJ to sign the contract. If Frank approached both fighters, both teams, outlined the cash on offer and the Ts and Cs multiple times and both fighters were still being awkward and unreasonable about it with Fury unwilling to extend some bs deadline he insisted on and AJ clearly not all that interested in signing during that deadline then what more can Frank do, how many times more does he need to explain that and why is he still getting the blame for matters out of his control?

The art of boxing is amazing & such a great sport.The business side of it is dark & sinister as are the people involved because a sport where there is lots of money at stake will attract snakes.That fight on a Saturday was actually worse than we all expected.From the 3rd it was a one sided beat down.It wasn’t remotely entertaining. I hope Chisora enjoys his prize money & he’s not spending it on 24/7 care in about 10 years.

@@tonyh8965 he asked for Usyk first who called him out then back tracked saying he'll only fight in 2023 , then he sent out the contract to Robot or what little left of him who as expected pulled out by the command of his master Hearn . Then Fury would've fought Charr but people already said he is a nobody. What better way to give Del Boy a last crack at the title, as a friend giving him the retirement fund who has a big name as well as never ducked anyone and always gives everything. Sold out the stadium as well as PPV. Called out both Usyk and Joyce after the fight. People will always come up with narratives against him , they were even saying Fury is ducking Whyte . People will only appreciate how special he is after he's truly out of the game . And will say I was there live when he fought .

What about that fixed Dubois fight? Please someone ask about that. Knocked down 3 times in 1 round, but fight not waved off, and the round finished 10 seconds early. Then the opponent lasted until AFTER the Bell of the 3rd round and the fight was waved off without giving him the 1 minute.

That fight was no way a sell out. I was on ticketmaster the day before the fight and there was tickets available all over the stadium

@@jimreaper1337 The truth is both the teams were working on broadcasting rights and about a week off finalising it and getting both signatures on it when Fury was flapping his mouth online about a deadline and the talks fell apart If you listen to what George Warren says before being told what story to go along with by BT and what Eddie said they both confirmed that's what happened basically. The first time, they lead Hearn on for months and when they got the contract Wilder won the arbitration case they said wouldn't be a problem and get in the way of it happening 😂. I'm a neutral fan of the sport, you're the one being gullible and sucking farts out of Fury's ringpiece 😂.

I think the fight was a bit of a poor matchup and overpriced. And sadly this seems to be Boxing of late. That said, I think people are being over-critical of Fury. His last three fights were against a world champ and then 2 fights, which he was ordered to fight against top opposition. He made it clear he wanted one fight in Dec before the year is out, and took the best that was available, which also made a bit of sense financially. Champs have the right to pick the odd voluntary fight in which they are the favourite. Not even Wlad K or Floyd M got as much shit as him and they had more than their fair share of pick-em-fights.

Tyson promised him a third fight years ago, at least Tyson showed some mercy once he realised Derek had no chance and didn’t want to hurt him too much. All in all a man of his word and compassionate

@@Monty-xs7hp if you’d followed Tyson from the start of his career you’d recognise that’s his style, he doesn’t very often do much more than necessary to win a fight, chisora is an old war dog who never stood a chance, but he’s a friend of Tyson’s and had been promised a pay day towards the end of his career by Tyson when they last fought 11 years ago, trouble with chisora is he will keep going even if it’s a lost cause, Tyson realised that if he put it on Derek fully he could badly hurt him, maybe too badly, so gave him an enormous pay day for Derek to disappear into the sunset with without brain damage was the way the fight panned out. That’s why I’m saying man of his word from 11 years ago and compassionate coz he took it easy on Derek without it being too obvious.

I love frank and I love Simon it’s refreshing to listen to words that are real keep it up Simon your a breath of fresh air you really are. 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿
