@Alkymick1 Well, not directly after he's had his pants down again by Usyk and then had a very public meltdown in the ring afterwards......and then recently, he's had an awful performance against Franklin which clearly highlighted he needs more fights to rebuild Confidence. To take Fury at both stages would have been career suicide. The end of him. Anyone with half a brain could see that. If he bangs out Whyte and then gets through wilder at the end of the year. Spring time 2024 is the right time for that fight to happen.

usyk and lomachenko are prolific, the amount of title fights both of em have fought already is crazy, they fight the best they can get at any given moment, actively challenging themselves over and over again, both moving up through the weights trying to get as many belts as possible, their work rate is insane, they've both lost money serving their country ffs. They have credibility through the roof, on on the other side u've got these peddlers spittin venom everywhere, excuse after excuse. Usyk signed with that company after the talks broke down bcoz of fury throwin his bag around instead of preparing himself.

8:11 you can't hinge everything on what AJ does or doesn't do. He has no belts.

People were loosing patience with Fury well before the Usyk negotiations. He retired years before even being a champion when the Haye fight fell through. When he won the belt from Klitchko he held up the division, dodging a rematch for over a year before retiring. When he won the belt from Wilder, he again wasted over a year in the courts trying to get out of the contractually agreed rematch. When he has no title, he'll fight anyone but once champion, its just a pantomime.

Can Frank make an excuse without comparing to Joshua 😂

It’s taken countless interviews but eventually Simon put ‘some’ serious questions to Frank but unfortunately Frank had his lackie Gareth there to help deflect & defend Fury!!!

not sure how frank can say AJ is inactive, he fought Usyk the second time in august, had a few months off fighting while he got a new trainer, went into a fight with franklin early this year, hes about to fight again in august and a good chance he fights in december too, that'll be 4 fight in 16 months. Furys foight twice since october 2021 (21 months) and one of them was basically a sparring session against a guy with 13 losses and furys supposed to be the champion. hardly comparable to me.

Frank Sanchez, Luis Ortiz, Jospeh Parker, Martin Bakolie, Filip Hrgovic or even Jared Anderson would be good interim fights. Apart from maybe Parker the others would not turn the fight down with Tyson Fury.

Frank literally just filled that interview with “Joshua didn’t want the fight at 60/40” Simon then pulled him up on it which is fair play. Essentially Fury and Queensbury have offered people fights when they know that they can’t/won’t be accepted just so they can save face and say they tried. The only fight for Tyson Fury is Usyk….that’s it! If it’s going to be made in Saudi then fine just say but that’s the only fight that matters for him…any other opponent is just noise!

When you speak about his clients, he always brings Joshua into it for some reason. Why did Joe lose to Zhang? Why did Fury duck Usyk? It was Joshua’s fault according to this guy

I looked on the seating plan two days before the Fury v Chisora fight and it was over half empy. It was full on fightnight.

It’s sad and embarrassing how Frank tries to deflect blame on everyone in boxing for Fury not fighting, except Fury. Frank hanging onto Fury for dear life….. then Fury goes free agent and bye bye Frank

Fury didn't fight Usyk earlier this year because Fury didn't want to fight Usyk. Sugar Hill said it himself, he was never asked to train him for the April fight, he wasn't in camp with him. He said that 4-5 weeks out from the fight date. Did Usyk pull out? Yes. But was Tyson Fury actually preparing for it? No. That then begs the question, why did Usyk back out of negotiations? Because he had had enough of Fury's games and being low-balled. Dan Rafael says inside sources with the negotiations told him that Usyk was happy to accept 30% in the 1st fight if the winner got 70% in the rematch, but that Fury's side didn't want to budge on the rematch being 50/50. Essentially, Usyk was happy to take a smaller slice of the pie in the first instance if it meant that he could get the lion's share in the rematch - only if he won, mind you - and Fury and his lot didn't want it. That, especially with Tyson then saying there should be no rematch (ie he would only be able to get a one-time 30% cut, so not even the 50% cut offered for a rematch) basically told Usyk that Fury was playing hard-ball and - given that we know he wasn't in training - it's clear to see why. To act like Usyk then saying "fine, we'll do it in Saudi where I won't get low-balled" is somehow a bad-guy or is what stopped the fight from being made is being disingenous. Fury stopped the fight being made because Fury put Usyk in a position of either selling himself short or saying "sod dealing with you, it'll be in Saudi" - and he did it on purpose.

@@Pabloso213 He said he wasn't training Fury. He made it clear he wasn't and that he was heading back to the States March 28th. Just to make that clear for you, that's Fury's trainer saying 5 weeks out from the supposed fight date that he's not been training him and that he's going to be flying back to the US a month ahead of the proposed fight date. Fury never planned to make the April fight date, if you believe that he was sincere about it then congrats, you got conned by him.
