Daughter. Heihachi has anywhere from 18-25 kids all around the world according to Harada. To be his grand daughter she would need to be either Kazuya or Lars's kid (or the child of one of the other 16-23 unknown kids of his, which I seriously doubt is the case), and Kazuya clearly says he doesn't know who she is, so unless he slept around a lot at one point and has some bastard kids of his own he doesn't know about, she's not his, and Lars isn't old enough to have a kid her age as he's not even 30 yet.

probably heihachi's daughter (kaz's sister) don't think it's possible for her to be jinpachi's daughter (kaz's aunt) as she's too young, and by the time kazuya killed jinpachi he was sealed for a long time so no chance to create a daughter Edit: changed kenpachi to heihachi. Just watched bleach reactions earlier and my brain automatically wrote kenpachi instead of heihachi

yeah heihachi is dead, just like baek, and wang. people say characters come back but canonically its very rare. bryan got cyber upgrades, heihachi never actually died until now. raven just thought he was dead in 5. jin never actually died, kazuya never actually died, jun never actually died. etc etc etc.
