Wowza!! Talk about a spectacular bartender who is making such excellent cocktail creations!! Don is so awesome and enormously talented. I have watched both videos featured done a few times!! The infusions are so fabulous! The spicy bitters sound perfect and using Ballantyne is a terrific choice! First rate right down to the banana chip!! I'd love to be at this bar in person watching the creation of fab drinks! Terrific video! Cheers! 🙂
