So happy you were able to try this one! Looks soooo delicious! Was also fun to see a little behind the scenes footage of them making it! Also big fan of the Quattro concept. Wish they did that at Dominos in the US. Nacho cheese dipping sauce is an awesome idea for a crust dip!

My big gripe with this is the center of the pizza never really cooked well. A normal, well-cooked pizza with a side of cheese sauce is definitely the way to go. But "hey, it's a volcano!" still gets bonus points👍

The never ending food inventions in Japan. I love it!

If the pizza wasn't the best, Sara came prepared with the yummy cinnamon rolls👍😊

They called it a cheese volcano this time, but I could totally see them reusing the idea for something a little spicier in the future...

I agree with you Paul, it's a nice novelty and cool gimmick. Just had the cheese on the side to dip would work fine. Thanks Sarah for the homemade dessert

The sooner you eat it the better, because it congeals pretty fast...

Its definitely worth just buying a couple of pizzas and getting the sauce on the side, but the novelty is pretty cool! Pizza Hut always goes big on novelty too. I agree that if it were a buffalo chicken pizza with blue cheese sauce, I'd jump on that right away.

For sure! Pizza Hut has a ramen pizza out now that I hope to try before it's gone...

It looked great and I would give it a try but I think you would maximize the amount of pizza you get by ordering the cheese on the side. Nice work as always!

It definitely looks like a fun one-time pizza. I agree with the general consensus that if I wanted the cheese, I'd rather get it on the side. I do wonder what it would be like using a different cheese like you said.

Seems more fun than practical but i do love cheese sauce more than the average person so i think it looks great, some garlic knots would have been nice but now im just being a fatty

Exactly! Good for dipping, but not when it destroys the tip of the slice you want to dip

I would warm up the cheese in the microwave maybe? Looks good.

Not sure why they wouldn’t have used mozzarella/ parmigiana sauce. Nacho sauce goes with pretzels.

About a month ago I decided to buy a Domino's Pizza: I was so surprised to be treated so rude .... I sort of shined this treatment off because I am 84 years old and only wanting a pizza, not an verbal arm wrestling contest with this young man. He said it would be about 15 minutes ... when I received my pizza in about 10 minutes ... I took it directly to my car to enjoy. As it turned out ... the pizza was just short of being warm at the very most ... "yuk" I never tried to eat a pizza this bad. I took it home and tried to feed it to the wild cats from the neighborhood I often feed ... huh? They refused to eat it, neither did the opossum searching for food. So much for me ever going to a Domino's Pizza ever again. As far back as I can remember none of my 9 children, nor my wife liked Domino's pizza. I guess nothing changes no matter how old you get. "YUK" Iv'e never ever gave a negative report in my whole life, but this one is so worthy of such a report to warn the public. Good Guy John (Eli)

There are plastics that are safe to heat to higher temperatures. Your blood is already full of microplastics anyway, it's not avoidable.

Towards the beginning of the video at 2:13 it shows that when they make the pizza they drape the dough over a paper cup to basically bake in a space to put in the cup of cheese.

I do a lot of unusual items, true ---but the chefs who developed this knew it broke the slices or left the dough raw... an inferior product. It was all about the marketing and I'm guessing they might even release a spicy version in the future...

@@CriticalEatsJapan who’s being imprisoned? 🙃 I’m just ranting based on many negative ordering experiences on the same brand pizza, here in the U.K. and how these corporate franchise pizza companies are just skimping on toppings that is not reflective on the pizza flavour that you’d ordered. As also any new idea they throw out sort of sucks in my opinion. I wasn’t attacking your video, to be very clear!
