Storm spool requires construction 4, you can see me building it. Also, I changed my attack orders before the next turn.
Even my most kitted out thugs almost never get sent against Barbarians. As shown, even with 36 prot and spell buffs, barbarians hit really hard. Another great turn to drink coffee to.

I don't really get what Oceania is waiting for. I've not played them myself so far and I can see they're afraid of Agartha, but it's almost turn 40 in a single pond game they are the only true water race and not even close to set a foot on land (I won't count that stepson negotiated province - since they're not doing anything useful there.) *shrug* The Fomorian/Xibalba front is really the war all other nations had hoped for - it's pandering back and forth and going on forever :D As always awesome quality commentary Attica :)
