Hi, I like watching how you cook. I'm PR and I use same seasoning but as you well know it comes out tastings different depending on order you put things in or how much etc. So I like to see other ppl way of doing things. You make things easy to follow ty. One thing I do if I have it , is put Jamon de cocinar when I heated the oil. Gives a Jamon taste and also you can eat the little pieces. If I don't have I omit. I also use to crush my beans inside the same pot with a spoon. I like the blender bc it doesn't leave a lot of bean pieces all inside but I'm lazy sometimes to bring down the blender haha. But I deff think it's the better way. Mines is the don't want to wash more traste way haha. Thanks for recipe, take care and lots of success to you and family, my island neighbor.
