Excellent clear and concise! Can you also ask whether you drop changes when facing a lefty vs righty. I find if i drop to the forehand there's a greater chance of getting an aggressive 4th shot roll coming back. Thoughts?

She probably isn't good at it, or she would demonstrate it.

Disadvantage of dropping to either sideline (your sideline or the other side's sideline) is Erne potential and a big angle for your opponent to work with so middle is a great spot to drop it, BUT, unless you do a proper split step and read your opponents body language, they will most likely try to hit it to their side's sideline to catch you or your partner off guard. You see this over and over again with higher level play so get ready to dig the ball off to the side if it's a bad drop.

Well done but what about drops at higher levels?

Good info but your tech people need to get the "yellow & red" zones in the right areas in the video, a little confusing.

I'd like you to teach me how to do it, not just what to do...I know I want the drop to be played low, what are the techniques to achieve that? You guys can do much better.

This has to be the most complicated, mind boggling“teaching” on the 3rd shot by far

I agree. Less talking & more actual demonstrating shots is needed.
