Yes she does. She truly believes she’s going to act dumb and put all the blame on Keith freeman and the other trustees and say “I’m not the accountant. Go talk to the accountant.” Unfortunately her clan isn’t smart enough to realize she’s trying to set them all up, even her family, to save her own arse. Keith Freeman might be smart enough to realize she’s setting him up, but I think the others are oblivious to how much she’s hanging on their necks. Remember the charity? “Look at the paperwork! I never created anything! You’ll have to go talk to them. I don’t handle anything about that charity.” Clearly she’s setting up Freeman.

You don't get it, she doesn't see it as your money, she sees that money as an entitlement and hers. This is what happens when voters vote solely on exterior appearances and not qualifications for the job. If anyone that voted for her actually did a bit of research on her and weighed what they expected of her and what they wanted from the mayors office and who she really was, no one in their right mind would have voted for her. She was 38 years old, has a criminal record and no job experience to be mayor and yet she got 82% of the vote, that right there tells you that no one in that district did any kind of research on this women. 82% of the vote tells you that she was elected because she was female and black and NOT because she was qualified. With a district of 20,000 people I can tell you right now that there is far more people 1000 times more qualified than her and 10,000 times more honest. But they voted her in anyway because she talked the talk and you ate it up.

Moreover, if you check the list of mayors and cities who are members of the US Conference of Mayors, neither the city of Dolton nor the name Henyard are listed. (Makes sense since they don’t meet the eligibility criteria.) You should investigate how she got invited. I'd start by calling the US Conference of Mayors organization.

Why does Michigan permit people to simultaneously hold offices in two legally distinct, separate municipalities? Everywhere I've ever lived, you'd be eligible to run for mayor of the town/city, or a township supervisor... but never did the twain meet. Each had distinct borders/boundaries that were respected - in one case to a point where I once saw an assault with a deadly weapon happen, less than 50 feet in front of a city cop, and the cop refused to cross the border to make an arrest or conduct investigation because it was beyond his jurisdiction. What provision of Illinois law allows this nonsense?
