I love fried chicken. I go through alot of steps to fry my chicken. Friday, I salt water brine it overnight, Saturday, pour the water off and use buttermilk to really cover it very good, I use the very thick old fashioned buttermilk. Sunday, I use self rising flour to coat it and fry it in deep fat. It is so tender and moist. The crust is so good. Your meals look so good. Thank you for sharing. I enjoy your videos so much.
