I am having a stressful night my dogs just chewed up my new sectional I haven’t even had it for two weeks 😢 I work 11 hours a night and feel bad putting them in the cage for that long. I know people that the same thing g happens to their hair. It's due to using rubber bands in your braids and wearing braids or ponytails (one on each side of head) too often. I remember Milan's basket... So CUTE! Hope you find it. Good haul! Thanks.

Look into wearing a silk bonnet when you sleep and rosemary/castor oil for your roots. Also taking biotin. It worked for me.
