This is one of my all time favorites. It still smells good in 2024 and is very versatile, elegant and it consistently garners compliments for me. I consider this a modern classic.

I think the main goal is for the woman to like it, not about how daring or unique it is. I think the more unique it is the more potential she doesn't like it and that's obviously worse than being safe

Will you just admit to yourself that you like this fragrance

Ppl who complain about performance this fragrance is designed for dating nights and not 8 hours out like after morning shower to the job or something so apply before date like 8 sprays and you good

I dont have a ton of fragrances but this is my favorite one.

I bought that and I spray before work 6 times, 3 right side different spots on my neck and left side. 4 hours later I apply once again, last time got compliment and I also can smell it after spraying it more than normally. I love this fragrance anyway, keep the bottle in backpack, car and apply time to time, that's how you go with the one.

Fragrance suits the person ,and yes this is a masterpiece,its the only scent i've ever got continuous compliments with,it was a good review but i would defo buy this i've personally never found anything to come close. But we all know what fragrance one person likes there's always one that doesn't that's why we have so many reviews on fragrance.

Totally agree! I had a hard time with this one - so good yet missing something for me PERSONALLY. I’d have to say I’m not the biggest fan of Amber that’s why. But compliment beast, nobody can argue that.

This has gotten me the most compliments (edp)… over Dior sauvage over club de nuit … from experience I would say this is one of the best out there right now .. my opinion from wearing it in the tropics

I have had the same experience!

One of the best fragrances of all-time! There is no one who doesnt like this and about longevity and projection, is very very good if you are a man, not a child who wants to smell his fragrance all around the room. Thats my opinion

I just bought this. It does smell great but it doesnt last long at all. Maybe 3 hours.

I do agree where he's coming from but at the end of the day throughout this whole video he's one of those exes that plays games with you that they care about you but yet go with other people and basically plays with your feelings that's what I get from this review video LOL idk y

if the performance was better the EDP would be considered a GOAT fragrance

@@millenialbroadcast I layer with a fragrance with similar notes but add something unqiue. For example...you can get tobacco vanille (or a good clone) for the vanilla note. Eros is another I use to enhance the citrus note. Pokerface by ted lapidus adds a unique spin (the dry down is incredible).

It smells good. But in all honesty the performance is so bad. I sprayed 10 sprays on me yesterday and it seemed as tho it was unnoticeable to others.. Reformulation ruined this fragrance. Ideally, I'll take Bleu de Chanel, Dior sauvage, mont blanc legend spirit over this one.. This one I'll have to carry around a pocket atomizer and spray 2-3 times per day atleast..

I do think the reason you don't get compliments is because you spray so much. I don't think fragrances goes unnoticeable but if you're walking heads down, no smile, earbuds on then of course no one will say OH you smell good.

There is zero difference in scent basically.

One of the most overhyped fragrances in my opinion. It's an ok safe scent. Nothing more and nothing less. Average.

I think you're correct in saying it's an OK scent but when considering its release date it was really something then. I wore it back then and really enjoyed it until the release of LA Nuit de l'homme in 2009. I was never compelled to buy The One again. I had a similar experience Le Male until The One. I try to consider the timing of some of these releases as I judge them.

Could have done this video in 10 seconds. Don't buy this because it is the weakest fragrance I have ever owned. D&G "The One Hour" is actually an exaggeration. Sprayed 6-7 times when I left for work and couldn't smell anything by the time I got there, and my commute is about 20 minutes. Tried again with my wife as a tester and it was a "weak skin smell" to her after about 30 minutes.

people buy this perfume because there is no other like it on the market the smell is beautiful and collects a lot of compliments
