Dokumentation - Art War - Ägyptens Künstler und die Revolution
Die Revolution in Ägypten hat seit Beginn des arabischen Frühlings Anfang 2011 für viele Unruhen im Land gesorgt. Und sie ist noch nicht vorbei. Der Dokumentarfilm "Art War" begleitet junge ägyptische Künstler in der Zeit nach dem arabischen Frühling bis zum Sturz des Präsidenten Mursi und der Muslimbruderschaft. Der Film von Marco Wilms erzählt von der Explosion ihrer Kreativität nach der Diktatur Mubaraks und zeigt, wie sie lernen, Kunst in noch nie gesehener Weise als Waffe im Kampf für ihre unvollendete Revolution einzusetzen.

This movie is incredible! I am sorry for you guys, who dont speak German neither Arabic. However the images are already more emotional than a Hollywood movie including sound
Can I watch this with english subtitles anywhere online? I am poor but very interested in this film.

our cinema film ART WAR is not on youtube. and film teams need also payment for their work... :) if i have time, i will arrange the streaming online of the film with a platform. that will be cheaper then a DVD or Blu-Ray. But may be its nice to keep it on disc, because of the cinema quality, and its a document of history too...

FreedomPoint I'm aware of the fact that we should support Artists , but here in Morocco things are different, we rely heavily on piracy because foreign content is ridiculously expensive
