Si en ves de husar,un electrodo de alambre,lo sustituyes por uno de carbon,carbón, de cobbre....queda mejor el trabajo,ademas,consume menos,pues con solo unos trentay tantos Apres.resuelbrs,

I hope your exhaust tubing is thicker than that beer can thin square tubing g you were using to show how too much heat (power) to the electrode can burn a hole through paper thin junk/scrap metal. Something for the non-welders out there is that stuff on his welding stick is flux, as it burns it displaces all of the oxygen around the weld pool. The flux is the stick welding rods shielding gas, just like flux core wire on a argon-less MIG welder would use. The flux in the wire makes the shielding gas for the weld. You can just take a rusty old piece of steel wire with no shielding gas to make a solid weld. Oxygen contaminates the weld and causes porosity (full of holes). TIG welding uses a quality filler rod but the torch's electrode is surrounded by a (usually ceramic) funnel that argon or a mix of inert gasses flow through to protect the weld. Nicer MIG welders are set up to use a shielding gas in the same way but if you get a cheaper "buzz box that doesnt have provisions for gas it's a Flux-core mig welder and the flux in the wire creates the inert shielding gas for the weld pool. And for stick welding the flux (the heavy coating on the rod that looks like the mix on the head of a match) is what burns off the extrude and creates an inert gas "shield" around the welding area. A plain rusted metal wire stuck in a stick welder with no type of shielding isnt going to create a proper weld. He could have likely turned down the power on his stick welder and could have welded his exhaust pipe back together. Most real cheap stick welders have two settings and it's "low" and "high". Its highly likely that he had his set on high since most can barely penatrate anything when set on "Low". Th we'd re are so many fake ass welding videos online it makes me sick as a Professional,Certified welder in MIG, TIG, and stick welding. I weld everything from race car chassis, push bumpers, roll bars, and many other vehicle parts including g the chassis and roll bar system on bobcat skid steers. I'm also a certified and federally licensed gunsmith and often have to fabricate and weld back together gun parts to repair them because the spare parts are no longer available. There isnt some magic trick to cheat at doing it properly. You can either do it right and the weld will be stronger than what you welded together or you can try to skip out on doing it right and just end up with a bunch of boogers up broken parts that were never gonna hold. Learn to weld for real and get a good machine or learn to build a machine. My grandpa built the 220 volt stick welder I use, and my 110volt flux core buzz box I have at home was about 120$ way back when my dad bought it for me to teach myself on when I was about 11 years old. I went to tech college to get certified in mig, tig and stick. For gun parts I use a friends mig welder and that just for welding g really small parts that I need to control the heat very tightly and make very precise weld pools with.

While I appreciate your skills and knowledge . I myself like so many other’s are struggling to keep food on the table and the lights on . My welding skill level stop’s at ( sticking shit together ) I can barely afford to pay for welding rods let alone a good machine …..never mind paying for professional training courses. No disrespect is intended to you brother . But life is not black and white .

Talk about missing the point. Take a look at the background in the video, the name and the thumbnail for the channel. This looks like rural Thailand or Cambodia. Yes, the weld sucks. The welder probably cost him a month's pay, and there is no possible way he could afford a TIG machine (never mind get the gas for it). I suspect that he was unable to get 1/16" 6013 and was stuck using 5/64", which is waaaay too big for 1.5mm wall tube. The amazing thing is that he has managed to weld 1.5mm AT ALL. Try to get out more.

This act like a filling martial which is cool down quickly so doesn’t melt the side ends of the box. You can use a metal coat hanger and better if not rusty but if you are stuck in the middle of nowhere then anything goes a battery and jump leads and rusty nails or old tin will do. Great to see your ideas keep up posting.

@@user-gi4kk5dj9w всё зависит от того какой прочности ты хочешь получить свой сварочный шов. И какой марки стали твоя профтруба и проволока ( присадка) . Такой шириной сварочный шов потянет твою конструкцию, а даже если и не потянет. Он будет ослаблен от перегрева.

Aaah feel sorry hear that .., face shield soo annoying for me , i'am not a fulltime welder but when got to do it i use contact lense+uv protection . U can try .. but remember .. it's at your own risk buddy

Leave the flux on and weld properly....?

There are reasons why electrodes are made. One is for tensile strength. If your going to use rusty wires, weld are compromised.
