You are my new favourite person. My teen boys occasionally do the cooking. I can just meal prep once(even though it looks like it takes forever and a day😢). But I know they will enjoy cooking more when they feel like half the job is done. More 'me-time' for a few days. Even my 8 year old daughter won't feel intimidated to make simple meals. She already makes herself tea and eggs without any worries or danger. This video has literally just bought me 3 more cooks❤😂

I used to prepare food like this because we prefer fresh made meals around here. But found out, if the meat was pre cooked, it'll become less juicy because basically it'll be cooked twice. So i prefer seasoning or pre cut the meat, store it in freezer then cook it later with other ingredients.

Am a working mum and I cook to the end so that my nanny doesn't have to cook. I also cook for my 6months baby and put in the freezer. My baby who goes to school doesn't have to wait for me to come cook. I get home around 7pm and she has to be in bed by 8pm. My family is ok. Also I think this kind of batch cooking is doing double work and time consuming.

@suzy’s homestead olive oil isn’t great for cooking. Maybe sunflower, or grape seed/ canola oil is better. For chicken marinades and new recipes @hotthaikitchen has one for “Hat Yai Fried Chicken” and other marinades for meat you might enjoy. I like your videos though. Thank you Aunty!
