Whatever problem i have in kwid. U hav a video of it. Big salute sir. My kwid have a problem of gear shifting stuck from 1-2 in start of the day a couple of times. But after i drive for a while no stuck . what would be the reason sir. I am worried if it could be a gear box problem and costly to repair. 😒😭 pls help me sir with ur exp.

I have Silicon Free WD40, can I use it on this gear shifter and cables ?

Aap ki videos are just awesome, I was able to correct my AC vents problem, door dent, air ventilation problem... thanks a ton.. I am yet to correct my accelerator problem that warning light comes on.. I am sure soon with your guidance I will correct even that... thank you so much from the bottom of my heart 😊

What I noticed was a white color grease (just like boroplus/borolin antiseptic) on the gear machinery. Is it some kind if special grease or we can apply any grease?(I have Shell Gadus red grease, S2 V150C 3).

Sir, alignment ki khaas jaroorat nahi hoti jab tak aap tie rod ya fir suspension parts ko disturb naa kare .. ya fir aapko lge k alignment khraab hai... And gear shifting hard hone ki wajah dono gaadiyon me clutch k wajha se hai.. exceedy ka clutch achha nahin hai.

Nahin sir, milage kam nahin hota but agar clutch ki freeplay adjustment sahi nahin hogi to dikkat zaroor aati hai.

Sir, it's possible and many Kwid owners have done in their cars. But it requires to cut a hole in tailgate and my only concern is, if that hole is not sealed properly then the rain water could enter inside the boot door pannel and could become a reason for rust at later stage. 😊

फिर एक बार दिलसे धन्यवाद, ईस पुरजेका चलन कभी देखा भी नही था। वह आज समाज आया। मेरे गाडी जब ट्रेफिक जाम न्युट्रल करके हॅन्ड ब्रेक लगाता हु तब गाडी से गडगड की आवाज सुनाई देती है और क्लच दबाते ही आवाज बंद हो जाती हैं ।क्या हुआ होगा ।

सर ये आवाज़ जिस तरह से आप बता रहे हैं, ज्यादातर क्लच बेयरिंग की होती है। इसके दो तरीके हैं, अगर तो गाड़ी वारंटी पर है तब तो बेयरिंग फ्री में बदल जाएगा। अगर नहीं है तो पहले एक बार क्लच की फ्री प्ले सेटिंग करवा के देखिए। अगर फिर भी आवाज़ आ रही है तो बेयरिंग बदलवाना पड़ेगा। पर मैं बताता चलूं कि ये कोई ज्यादा गंभीर समस्या नहीं है। अगर आवाज़ कम है तो ज्यादा झमेले में मत पडिएगा।

Unfortunately not .. but Alto 08 shares it's gear mechanism with maruti 800. F8D engine. And there are plenty of videos on youtube for gear lever replacement for same. You can get an idea from those videos 👍
