Top Dog Facts About the Bluetick Coonhounds
The United States is the home that gave birth to one of the oldest breeds in the country, the Bluetick Coonhound. This breed descends from the hunting dogs that were taken by settlers to North America in the XVII and XVIII centuries, originating the so-called 'hounds of Virginia ' This American mascot has not only been used to hunt bears, raccoons and pumas, but has also been a watchdog and pet of hundreds of families. Combinations of French hounds, English foxhounds and a number of American dogs of unknown descent led to today's Coonhound Bluetick.

I grew up hunting with them. They are a blast to be in the woods at night with. They are fearless when hunting.
They must, must, MUST be well trained, because they are so naughty. They can be both the laziest and most hyper dogs. Switch between being the smartest and dorkiest dogs on the planet. But they are so sweet and gentle. Excellent protectors, and in my opinion the most adorable breed. Also excellent for hunting. But very vocal, they’ll whine and bay until you go crazy. I had a bluetick beagle as a little girl and I miss him everyday. I loved him dearly, he was my first dog and we stuck like glue together. Best breed ever, especially for hyper or active families.

No they must be paid attention to, not trained. If you leave them to their own devices they will "find" their own fun and survival. They dont really need us.
I own a Treeing Walker Coonhound. What a voice.

You are wrong with their origen. This breed has his blueticked color from an old breed of France, the " Gran Bleu de Gascogne"; some of them came with french seddlers to America, some were given as gifts to George Washington. The Bleu de Gascogne still exist, looks very simular and has his association in the US too. Take a lot at this very old, elegant and functional breed! Blue de Gascon, Azul de Gascuña o Grand bleu de Gasgogne. Greets
Better have good shoulders, pull like mules when they feel the need

Why is this written so badly? Do the people at Brooklyn's Corner speak English?
That little dingbell that happens when those things pop up is extremely annoying. I don't understand why people put that in their videos.
