Earl has the most mild, calm and collected aggressive meows ever 😭

I know how frustrated this dog felt. My moms cat followed me everywhere, sat next to me but would never sit on my lap. Took 1 year before she finally sat on my lap 😂

You can tell from the beginning that Earl isn’t TOTALLY anti-Beau, cats just need time to lay down boundaries lol they’ll be cuddling in no time!

The owners are kind of stupid. They could easily have trained the Dog to let the kitty have some space... Instead they let the big dog run to the cat a hundred times a day so that the kitty felt the need fir protection. I always feel sad for pets with such owners.

Some cats will accept dogs, but many don't like them at all. The stress Earl must be going through, I feel terrible for him. His safe space isn't safe anymore and a Penny to a Pound he's not allowed outside to get away from the dog. Horrible. And he needs a damn good brushing! Seems to me they don't care about him, only the dog.

Beau looks so smitten by Earl. It's like love at first sight.

My neighbour had a golden retriever and he is a senior dog who was just like the dog in the vid, he was trying to be friends with the cat the owners bought for three years and the cat treated him the same way until he passed away and now that cat sleeps on his bed. When he was around she never stepped in his place and would scratch his face but when he passed away she would always be on his bed, playing with toys and would look around when owners would call out the dog’s name. 😭

This is very sad for me. It took two years for my cat Mimi to realize that my sweet dachy Izzy wasn't going to hurt her. I came home from work and found Mimi on the couch with Izzy. At opposite ends of the couch, but laying there calm and relaxed, no swearing, hitting, or nasty names. And then Izzy died. Izzy was nine yrs old when I found her at the SPCA, her human mom had passed away and none of her family wanted her. She had dry eye (which I treated daily with eye drops) and a bad heart, she was the most adorable, well-behaved dog I've ever seen. The neighbors all stopped to smile at her when they saw us coming. She let Mimi hiss and swear at her, even slap her face and never reacted at all. I can't imagine why her family didn't want her. Mimi lived another six years, she is gone now, and my neighbor's outdoor cat has moved in with me.

Wasn't funny, unless he meant it. For a small animal living with a young wild thing is constant danger. Terror. If the dog does not know his strength (size and weight) it is dangerous in every way to let them near the smaller pet. It is not the dog's fault, he's growing up, it's the owner's responsability to do the job and not let the smaller animal raise the overgrown pup. The cat is not a toy. The dog isn't either. In respect. A lot of misery can be overcome.

I think Earl was scared rather than grumpy, Beau must be enormous from his perspective and lots of attention and activity can be overwhelming for a nervous cat. Glad he trusts his dog brother now.

Beau has the patience of a saint. His perseverance paid off and now he can be more friends then frenemies with Earl the adorable British cat.

Watching this high brings the funnyness onto a completely new level.

I recently met a Samoyed dog and it was so excited to see me. The owner told me the dog gets so excited to see people and if you pet it, it gets overly excited that it’ll pee on you. So, as much as I wanted to pet it I couldn’t. If I wasn’t working I would’ve pet it tbh. It had the most genuinely happiest expression I’ve ever seen in a dog, yet it didn’t know me. They are so innocent and have a way of making you feel special. By far my favourite dog with the best personality just in general. Not even just for a dog.

BEAU IS THE CUTEST BOI! And Earl has his own grumpy charm that is adorable too. :) I'm so glad Beau's persistance paid off in the end. :')

I think your dog desperately needs another canine friend. My GSD was obsessed with my cat, luckily my cat was very tolerant and like the attention. Only problem was my dog would sometimes try to play too much and not realize how little the kitty was. I was thinking, wow she really wants someone to play with, so I got a puppy. The very moment I brought the puppy home my GSD was ecstatic! She and the puppy bonded immediately and are now best friends. She never even looks at the cat now lol but my cat still likes to cuddle with her.

The cat still has a better life then most cats get . Even though that's cat was defiantly purchased on its own shouldn't be featured but they get clicks and that's what this world is allll about

when we brought a new cat into our home,we placed him in a room and started swap scenting, so the others two we already had will get used to the new scent, we did room swapping after that and after 2 weeks we placed a screen door for the cats to see each other, even after the new cat was let loose in the house, we still had some hissing and swatting but nothing like in this video….taking your time in bringing slowly a new animal into your household is the right/fast/safe way of doing it

My senior cat Dixie died, but I still had her son, so I adopted a 2 year old female from the shelter. She loves Davy. He likes her enough, and they play daily. Fast forward 4 months, I am still unable to pet her. She runs every time I get near her. But I got her for Davy, and it seems to work for them both, so I am still happy. One day I will pet her lol. (Sometimes I sneak a few pets when she is eating)

So are almost all Samoyeds obsessed with cats?? lol. This is like the second video I've seen where they're like this. So sweet, loving, and patient..

I love how Earl the kitty knew from the get that his claws would be useless against Beau's majestically thick layer of super-fluff. ❤❤❤

My old Samy, Capri, was just head over heels in love with a shelter cat we named Caesar. She would NOT let up. Intrigue, curiosity, love...Caesar was going to have to deal with it...and he did. Various times I'd see Caesar riding on Capri's back around the house. It was beautiful and sweet and loving. RIP Capri & Caesar
