With animals there are scum bags with humans but does not make all bad not even close. I have seen people put their lives on the line for animals. How can you work with people who do what they do and condemn them as u did?

Thousands who adopt the animals that give them love and a good home. fish and wildlife who spend there iife controlling fishing and hunting to protect all species

@@gordonrobertson9072 both of you need to take a step back and breathe. i understand his trust in animals, they are loving and their love is unconditional. i understand what you say but like a cop, thomas sees the worst and draws his conclusions from this. he works with good people but deals mostly with people who are scum. he has a tainted view because of his exposure to them. he realizes that there are good people because he is one of them. his exposure makes him trust animals more. we should sympathize not criticize.

I will never understand how people can be so evil with an innocent being that has done nothing wrong. Hope For Paws, you guys are angels. 🧡

Those evil people are actually cowards...they don't have guts to fight with those who fight them back.. That's why they hurt innocent animals.. .

I saw a bumper sticker the other day - it said “be the person your dog thinks you are”. That moved me and made me believe that there’s a special place in hell for monsters that abuse animals. I thank y’all for what you do.

How could any be so evil to such a sweet, gentle boy!?!? I am in tearing seeing just how loving and forgiving Juilan is. 😥 Seeing him go from so sad, to happily playing with Joann's dog warmed my heat and put a HUGE smile on my face. 🥰 Thank you for what u guys do ❤

People can often be horrible, horrible creatures. I can't imagine ever doing this to any animal. Thank you so much for saving this precious boy that had every reason in the world to never trust a human again.

Laws against this type of brutality need to be soooo much stricter. The fact that the monster who did this will most likely never be held accountable is infuriating.

Personally instead of euthanasising if they can find the perpetrators I think they should be the ones to be put down.

The moment she realizes he's 'not fixed' with a giggle was pretty cute. He is beautiful with a lovely disposition!

@Dark Waters Technically, the word is neutered which applies to both cats and dogs. Although they use the term spayed for cats and neuter for dogs... The scientific word would be castrated for dogs, but people can't deal with that word which I understand. I worked with animals at a lot of different various jobs for 15 years, I learned a lot.

Here's the definition from Wikipedia: Neutering, from the Latin neuter ('of neither sex'),[1] is the removal of an animal's reproductive organ, either all of it or a considerably large part. "Neutering" is often used incorrectly to refer only to male animals, but the term actually applies to both sexes. The male-specific term is castration, while spaying is usually reserved for female animals. Spaying is a hysterectomy while a castration is removal of the testicles. On cats, no stitches are used. The scrotum is sliced open very slightly, the testicles are removed being cut off and the rest of it is tied in a knot and put back into the scrotum.

I agree 💯 percent. Humans who abuse animals aren't psychologically right in the head. By nature we are kind and compassionate. Animal abuse needs to be taken WAY more seriously then it is. Ridiculous

Seeing really scared rescues is one thing but seeing really, truly affectionate dogs out there possibly abandoned just hurts my heart. Even after being mistreated and shot at, this sweetheart is just so affectionate. I hope he gets adopted by a family perfect for him.

This one brought me to tears, he's such a lovely natured, trusting big lad, how anyone could shoot him, not just once but multiple times is beyond my understanding. I love what you do. My three furbaby felines are all rescues... my therapy dog was 6 month old lab mix adopted from a military family who were deployed overseas and couldn't take him. He died after 14 years of work, joy and laughter. Rescue animals are so appreciative, AND appreciated!

You think this is some typical thing?? They are going to do it to.a helpless human in the future. Think about it. They didn't shoot him in the back like some kid shooting at animals. He was shot on the underside of his body. Thats weird. Weirder is they shot at his private part. Thats extremely disturbing. Im very worried someone out there is getting ready to set up from animal.

Its not mean. This isn't like what happened to poor Tater Tot. This is deliberate. This isn't like when a kid shoots an animal being mean and stupid, and hits them on the back. He was shot on the underside, and in deliberate places, you know what I mean. Im very worried that this is leading up to something worse involving a person.
